滑囊:即滑膜囊,是分布于皮肤、肌肉、肌腱、韧带与骨面之间的密闭结缔组织囊,与关节腔相通或独立存在。滑囊内衬滑膜,通过分泌滑液起到减少摩擦、促进运动灵活性的功能。
膝关节周围滑囊根据解剖位置可分为4组:
膝前区滑囊:图1 膝后区滑囊:图2-5 膝内侧区滑囊:图6-9 膝外侧区滑囊:图10-12
