沙特插头插座标准SASO2203:2018测试什么项目
根据沙特标准、计量和质量局SASO最新通知,自2020年9月1日起,SASO IECEE认可证书(SASO IECEE Recognition Certificate, 简称 SIRC)强制范围内产品,如配有插头,须提供插头符合沙特标准SASO 2203:2018的测试报告。According to the latest notice of SASO of Saudi Bureau of standards, measurement and quality, from September 1, 2020, the products within the compulsory scope of SASO IECEE recognition certificate (hereinafter referred to as SIRC) must provide the test report that the plug conforms to the Saudi standard SASO 2203:2018 if equipped with plug.
一、符合沙特标准SASO 2203:2018的测试报告有什么要求?
从2020年9月1日起,SASO对IECEE含插头的产品申请,要求其插头报告需要确保满足以下两项情形之一:
1、 What are the requirements of the test report in accordance with the Saudi standard SASO 2203:2018?
From September 1, 2020, SASO will apply for IECEE products with plugs, and require the plug report to meet one of the following two conditions:
在IEC CB测试报告中必须添加SASO国家偏差,且必须显示其插头符合SASO 2203:2018标准。
1. SASO national deviation must be added to IEC CB test report, and it must be shown that the plug conforms to SASO 2203:2018 standard.
2. 提供第三方插头测试报告,且必须满足如下三个条件:
The third party plug test report shall be provided, and the following three conditions shall be met:
a) 报告由IEC / ISO17025认可测试实验室出具;
The report is issued by IEC / ISO17025 accredited testing laboratory
b) 实验室被认可的测试范围包含SASO 2203:2018标准;
The scope of laboratory accreditation includes SASO 2203:2018 standard;
c) 报告中显示的插头型号必须与IEC CB测试报告中显示的相关联。
The plug type shown in the report must be associated with that shown in the IEC CB test report
二、SASO 2203沙特插头标准与BS1363-1:2016、BS1363-2:2016英国插头标准差异点在哪里?
What are the differences between SASO 2203 Saudi plug standard and bs1363-1:2016, bs1363-2:2016 British plug standard?
主要差异点:
The main differences are as follows
1、沙特插座所带开关需为双极开关;The switch of Saudi socket shall be bipolar switch;
2、样品本体标志要求。
The sample body marking requirements.
出口沙特插头插座应符合SASO2203:2018的要求。
Plugs and sockets exported to Saudi Arabia shall meet the requirements of saso2203:2018.
SASO2203:2018可以理解成BS1363系列的一个缩小版本。
Saso2203:2018 can be understood as a reduced version of bs1363 series.
测试过程和方法基本是按照BS1363进行测试。
The testing process and method are basically in accordance with bs1363.

那么SASO是不是就是完全与BS1363一致了呢?
答案:是否定了,标准的起草者搞了几十年,现在想通了,还是跟老大哥干吧,没必要自己去想太多的测试方法,直接链接。但是BS系列的标准是非常严谨的,它考虑到很多特殊的情况。而SASO2203则变得很单薄了。比如下面这个产品。
出口沙特,插头部分适用SASO2203,但是链接标准的话,对应的BS1363-1的测试要求。其中跌落测试,按要求需要进行:rewirable plugs markedBS 1363: 1 000次的测试。但是应用产品标准EN60950-1时候却只需要跌落几次,这样就存在矛盾的地方。又比如不可拆线的插头的耐6000V高压测试,产品额定电压240V,电流值只有0.5A,这样的耐压测试远远高于产品标准。
BS1363系列在这方面就合理多了,单独将此类产品在附录中提出了测试要求,大大缩减了测试的项目。详见BS1363-1:2016的附录I,产品只需要满足BS1363-3转换器的13.10的扭矩测试,BS1363-1的12章部分结构要求以及绝缘插销ISOD的耐热耐燃测试。其他的测试都不需要进行。只是目前SASO的标准体系规定简约些,那么测试过程要只能按这种类似一刀切的方式处理。这就要求企业生产时按比较高的要求进行,尽可能的贴合BS1363-1和BS1363-2两个标准的要求进行。
