未来中国鸟类名录可能发生变化的鸟种（4）
这个系列会引用世界主要的四种鸟种名录的相关信息。
HBW&BL= HBW and BirdLife International Checklist of the Birds of the World，第四版（2019 年 11 月发表），记录了 10,989 种鸟。
iucnredlist.org：
EBIRD/C = eBird/Clements Checklist of the Birds of the World，2019年版（2019 年 8 月发表），记录了 10,563 种鸟。
IOC = IOC World Bird List，V10.1，2020 年 1 月发表，记录了 10783 种鸟。
H&M = The Howard and Moore Complete Checklist of the Birds of the World，V4.1，2018 年 8 月发表，记录了 10,033 种鸟。
中国鸟种目录是中国观鸟年报——中国鸟种名录 x.x 版。目前最新是 2020-10-11日发布的 8.0 版。
本人不是中国鸟种目录的编辑，只是鸟种爱好者，本文内容仅是个人的猜测。
19 、三趾啄木鸟
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Picoides tridactylus（三趾啄木鸟、Eurasian Three-toed Woodpecker）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 将 Picoides tridactylus（三趾啄木鸟、Three-toed Woodpecker）拆分成了 Picoides tridactylus（三趾啄木鸟、Eurasian Three-toed Woodpecker）和 Picoides funebris（Dark-bodied Woodpecker），但 IOC、EBIRD/C、H&M 均未接受这样的拆分。
20、蓝耳拟啄木鸟
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Psilopogon duvaucelii（蓝耳拟啄木鸟、Blue-eared Barbet）。
变化类型：修订。
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C 和 IOC 将 Psilopogon australis（蓝耳拟啄木鸟，Blue-eared Barbet）拆分成了 Psilopogon duvaucelii （蓝耳拟啄木鸟、Blue-eared Barbet）和 Psilopogon australis（黄耳拟啄木鸟，Yellow-eared Barbet），H&M 没有进行任何拆分。
HBW/BL 进一步将 Psilopogon duvaucelii （蓝耳拟啄木鸟、Blue-eared Barbet）拆为 Psilopogon duvaucelii （黑耳拟啄木鸟、Black-eared Barbet）和 Psilopogon cyanitis（蓝耳拟啄木鸟、Blue-eared Barbet）。
21、灰头绿啄木鸟
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Picus canus（灰头绿啄木鸟、Grey-headed Woodpecker）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 、EBIRD/C 将 Picus canus（灰头绿啄木鸟、Grey-headed Woodpecker）拆为 Picus canus（灰头绿啄木鸟、Grey-faced Woodpecker）和 Picus guerini（Black-naped Woodpecker），但 IOC、H&M 均未接受这样的拆分。
22、大金背啄木鸟
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Chrysocolaptes guttacristatus（大金背啄木鸟、Greater Flameback）。
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C 和 IOC 将 Chrysocolaptes lucidus（大金背啄木鸟、Buff-spotted Flameback）拆为七个独立种，其中一种叫 Chrysocolaptes guttacristatus（大金背啄木鸟、Greater Flameback），只有 H&M 没有做任何拆分。
23、楔尾伯劳
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Lanius sphenocercus（楔尾伯劳、Chinese Grey Shrike）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 、EBIRD/C 将 Lanius sphenocercus（楔尾伯劳、Chinese Grey Shrike）拆为 Lanius sphenocercus（楔尾伯劳、Chinese Grey Shrike）和 Lanius giganteus（Giant Grey Shrike），但 IOC、H&M 均未接受这样的拆分。
24、松鸦
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Garrulus glandarius（松鸦、Eurasian Jay）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 将 Garrulus glandarius（松鸦、Eurasian Jay）拆为Garrulus glandarius（松鸦、Eurasian Jay）、Garrulus leucotis（White-baced Jay）和 Garrulus bispecularis（Plain-crowned Jay），但 EBIRD/C、H&M、IOC 并没有接受这样的拆分。
25、白翅蓝鹊
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Urocissa whiteheadi（白翅蓝鹊、White-winged Magpie）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL 将 Urocissa whiteheadi（白翅蓝鹊、White-winged Magpie）拆为 Urocissa Urocissa xanthomelana（白翅蓝鹊、White-winged Magpie）IUCN NT 和 Urocissa whiteheadi（Hainan Magpie）IUCN EN，但 EDBIRD/C、IOC、H&M 均未接受这样的拆分。
26、欧亚喜鹊、青藏喜鹊和喜鹊
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Pica pica（欧亚喜鹊、Eurasian Magpie）。
变化类型：删除/修订。
H&M、IOC 将 Pica pica（喜鹊，Eurasian Magpie）拆为 Pica pica（欧亚喜鹊、Eurasian Magpie）和 Pica bottanensis（青藏喜鹊、Black-rumped Magpie）、Pica serica（喜鹊、Oriental Magpie），但 HBW/BL、EBIRD/C 均未接受这样的拆分。
27、星鸦
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Nucifraga caryocatactes（星鸦、Spotted Nutcracker）。
变化类型：新增。
HBW/BL、EBIRD/C、IOC 将 Nucifraga caryocatactes（星鸦、Spotted Nutcracker）拆为 Nucifraga caryocatactes（星鸦、Northm Spotted Nutcracker）和 Nucifraga multipunctata（Large Spotted Nutcracker），HBW/BL 还拆分出了Nucifraga hemispila（Southern Spotted Nutcracker），H&M 没有进行任何拆分。
28、冠小嘴乌鸦
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Corvus cornix（小嘴乌鸦、Hooded Crow）。
变化类型：删除。
H&M、IOC 将 Corvus corone（小嘴乌鸦，Carrion Crow）拆为 Corvus corone（小嘴乌鸦，Carrion Crow）和 Corvus cornix（小嘴乌鸦、Hooded Crow），但 HBW/BL、EBIRD/C 均未接受这样的拆分。
29、丛林鸦
中国鸟种名录 8.0 中： Corvus levaillantii（丛林鸦、Jungle Crow）。
变化类型：删除。
IOC 将 Corvus macrorhynchos（大嘴乌鸦，Large-billed Crow）拆为 Corvus macrorhynchos（大嘴乌鸦，Large-billed Crow）和 Corvus levaillantii（丛林鸦、Jungle Crow），但 HBW/BL、EBIRD/C 均未接受这样的拆分。
