名老中医陈彤云经验方

方药组成：龙骨30g（先煎），石决明30g（先煎），珍珠母30g（先煎），夜交藤30g，白芍15g，丹参15g，茵陈30g，茯苓15g。

本方为陈老治疗神经性皮炎的自拟经验方，一方为主，辨证论治。加减：心脾两虚，心肾不交者，远志10g，酸枣仁30g，茯神12g，牡蛎20g，百合15g；皮损肥厚者，加用连翘20g，夏枯草20g，皂角刺5g，浙贝母10g；热证明显者，加用黄芩10g，栀子10g，金银花10g，黄连4～10g，大青叶15g；瘙痒明显者，加刺蒺藜10g，地肤子15g；肝郁气结，情绪郁闷不舒者，加用柴胡6g，菊花20g；便秘者，加龙胆15g；脾虚湿盛者，加冬瓜皮15g，茯苓皮15g，炒白术15g；脾胃受寒或脾胃虚寒导致的脘腹胀痛者，加吴茱萸3g，木香10g，厚朴6g；胃痛反酸者，加海螵蛸10g；饮食积滞者，加神曲10g，炒麦芽10g；阴虚血热者，加生地黄15g，牡丹皮10g，赤芍10g；肝肾阴虚，虚火内扰，加用地骨皮15g，青蒿15g；夏季湿热并重且舌苔厚腻者，加藿香10g，佩兰10g。

TCM Management for Neuro Dermatitis

Birth of date：1962.

12th June 2009 attended TCM clinic of Muhimbili National Hospital for the first time.

Chief complaint：Recurrent attacks of red skin patches for 40 years.

She complained that the red skin patches were recurrent since birth.These patches are on both elbow joints，both knee joints and neck.These are found over the skin folds of the body.The skin is very itchy and worsens on scratch.It is usually worse in the morning and night.The rashes appear every year and disturb for one to two months.She is in Dar es Salaam for two years now and the skin is still having problems like in UK.She feels anxious and talks very fast.She was received Cortisone for the treatment.It was better for skin if use the hormonal therapy but she refuse to use more chemicals.She noted fatigue and wake up very early in the morning.At night if waken up takes a long time to fall asleep again.Her appetite，urine and stool were normal.She was attacked by kidney stone before，now already cured.

The patches do not distain when touched.The patches are slightly elevated not flat on the skin.

Laboratory examination：Low red blood cells

Low haemoglobin.

TCM examination：Tongue：red with white coating tongue.

Pulse：Xi Huan （infrequent pulse）

Diagnosis：Neurodermatitis

Have a skin disease that is presumed to be caused by prolonged vigorous scratching，rubbing，or pinching to relieve intense pruritus.It varies in intensity，severity，course，and morphologic expression in different individuals.Neuro dermatitis is believed by some to be psychogenic.The circumscribed or localized form is often referred to as chronic lichen simplex.

TCM diagnosis：Stagnation of liver-QI，deficiency of vital energy，stagnation of blood，disharmony of nutrient QI with defensive QI.

Therapy：disperse the depressed liver-energy，benefiting vital energy，promoting blood flow，keep ying and weiqi in balance.
