History

25-year-old female presents with systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE) and chronic renal failure.

病史：患者，女，25岁，表现为系统性红斑狼疮和慢性肾衰竭。

AP and lateral chest radiographs demonstrate a focal convexity of the left superior cardiac contour associated with curvilinear calcifications.
图一：胸部的正侧位平片可显示左心上缘局限性的突出，伴线样钙化影。

Imatron CT images (scans 1 - 4) demonstrate two large peripherally calcified masses within the pericardial space.  One is adjacent to the AP window in the region of the left coronary artery.  The other is on the right, between the aorta and pulmonary outflow tract in the region of the right coronary artery.  There are serpentine tubular calcifications along the course of the right coronary artery.
