    每天都在听身边很多小伙伴在说恨不得把身上的脂肪用剪刀直接咔嚓掉就好,因为运动太辛苦啊,坚持不下来啊,为什么自己没有酷炫的腹肌,一定是脂肪搞得鬼。

    但其实脂肪是我们的好伙伴,你知道吗?

    脂肪是生命运转必需品。

    Fat is indispensably needed by life running.

    脂肪是一种能够储存能量的身体组织,并且为身体里的重要器官起到保护与隔离的作用。尤其是在严寒的冬季,脂肪对于身体的保护作用更加明显。

    Fat is a kind of body tissue containing stored fat that serves as a source of energy, it also cushions and insulates vital organs, fatty tissue protected them from the severe cold days.

    脂肪有一定的运输作用。这是因为,很多的营养,比如一些维生素,是需要用脂类来运输的。

    Fat has played a certain role in transporting lots of important elements in human body like some vitamins.

    脂肪除了保护内脏器官,在骨骼、关节等地方脂肪也对跑步等运动带来的冲击有保护和支持作用。

    Apart from protecting internal organs, fat also works sufficiently in protecting bones, joints and other places from those possible damages in running or doing other sports.

    鸡蛋

    蛋黄中的脂肪以单不饱和脂肪酸为主,其中一半以上是橄榄油当中的主要成分—油酸,对预防心脏病有益。此外,蛋黄中还有维生素A、维生素D、卵磷脂、叶黄素和玉米黄素等有益健康的成分。

    The fat in egg yolk is mostly based on a single unsaturated fatty acid, more than half of which is the main component of olive oil namely the oleic acid. this kind of fat is quite beneficial for the prevention of heart disease. What's more, egg yolk also contains various elements good for health like vitamin D, vitamin A, lecithin, lutein and zeaxanthol.

    其中的不饱和脂肪酸含量在80%以上,被称为“健康脂肪”,同时富含维生素E、维生素C、微量元素硒等多种抗氧化物质和多种矿物质,可以保护心脑血管,降低血液中坏胆固醇含量。

    It contains more than 80% unsaturated fatty acid coupled with a variety of antioxidant substances and minerals such as vitamin E, vitamin C, trace element selenium, etc. which works perfectly in protecting cardiac and cerebral vessels as well as reducing the content of bad cholesterol in the blood.

    从脂肪酸构成来看,所有坚果的饱和脂肪酸含量都很低,是“好脂肪”的重要来源。其中,杏仁的脂肪酸组成和和橄榄油类似,每天吃一小把有助护心。此外,杏仁还富含膳食纤维、维生素B2和维生素E。

    From the composition of fatty acid, the saturated fatty acid content of all nuts was very low which could be the important source of good fat. The fatty acid composition of almond is quite similar to that of olive oil, which is quite helpful to protect the heart by eating a little per day. Besides, almonds are also rich in dietary fiber, vitamin B2 and vitamin E.
