作者：姜奇，1956年12月出生，中国美术家协会会员，山东美术家协会理事，山东油画学会理事，临沂美术家协会副主席，一级美术师。1978年毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系；1978——1983临沂市艺术馆创作员；1983——1991临沂艺校；教师1989——1991赴澳大利亚留学；1991——2003临沂市艺术馆研究馆员，现任临沂画院院长，2005年获全国文化系统先进工作者称号。
