Oxygen System
01
The aircraft's environmental control system is designed to be used because of the great harm caused by the high altitude rare oxygen,the aircraft environment control system mainly includes aircraft oxygen system, air conditioning system and pressurization system.
由于高空稀薄气体对人体的巨大伤害,飞机环境控制系统被设计使用,飞机环境控制系统主要有飞机氧气系统、空调系统、增压系统。
Oxygen system are designe to store or to generate a supply of pure oxygen and to regulate、dilute as required and then distribute that oxygen to crew or passengers。oxygen systems are installed in most commercial and business aircraft as well as in some general aviation aircraft types. depending upon the type and the role of the aircraft concerned,the oxygen systems may used for normal operations,to provide supplemental oxygen for specific situation or for provision of emergency oxygen in the event of smoke、fire、fumes or loss of pressurization。
For Crew
02
(1) At cabin pressure altitudes above 10,000 feet, up to and including 12,000 feet, oxygen must be provided for and used by each member of the flight crew on flight deck duty and must be provided for other crewmembers for that part of the flight at those altitudes that is of more than 30 minutes duration.
(1)在座舱气压高度3000米(10000英尺)以上至3600米(12000英尺)(含),应当对在驾驶舱内 值勤的一飞行机组成员提供氧气, 他们也应当用氧,并且如果在这些高度上超过30分钟,则对于30分钟后的那段飞行应当对其他机组成员提供氧气;
(2) At cabin pressure altitudes above 12,000 feet, oxygen must be provided for, and used by, each member of the flight crew on flight deck duty, and must be provided for other crewmembers during the entire flight at those altitudes.
(2)在座舱气压高度3600米(12000英尺)以上,应当对在驾驶舱内值勤的每一飞行机组成员提供氧气, 他们也应当用氧, 并且在此高度上整个飞行时间内, 应当对其他机组成员提供氧气;
(3) When a flight crewmember is required to use oxygen, he must use it continuously except when necessary to remove the oxygen mask or other dispenser in connection with his regular duties.
(3) 当要求某一飞行机组成员用氧时,他应当连续用氧,除非为执行其正常任务需要除去氧气面罩或者其他氧气分配器.
For Passengers
03
(1) For flights at cabin pressure altitudes above 10,000 feet, up to and including 14,000 feet, enough oxygen for that part of the flight at those altitudes that is of more than 30 minutes duration, for 10 percent of the passengers.
(1)对于座舱气压高度3000米 (10000英尺)以上至4300米(14000英尺) (含)的飞行,如果在这些 高度上超过30分钟, 则对于30分钟后的那段飞行应当为10%的旅客提供足够的氧气;
(2) For flights at cabin pressure altitudes above 14,000 feet, up to and including 15,000 feet, enough oxygen for that part of the flight at those altitudes for 30 percent of the passengers.
(2)对于座舱气压高度4300米(14000英尺)以上至4600米(15000英尺) (含)的飞行,足以为30%的 旅客在这些高度的飞行中提供氧气;
(3) For flights at cabin pressure altitudes above 15,000 feet, enough oxygen for each passenger carried during the entire flight at those altitudes.
(3)对于座舱气压高度4600米(15000英尺)以上的飞行,在此高度上整个飞行时间内为机上每一旅客提供足够的氧气.
