There is a simple but thought-provoking remark, “If you cannot do great things，do small things in a great way.” Apparently, this saying can be naturally associated with the significance of our attitude towards little things. Suppose individuals have no special talents for great jobs but they still intend to succeed, it is advisable for them to begin with small things.
In contemporary society, it is a common phenomenon for not everyone to be able to undertake significant tasks. Meanwhile, an increasing number of wise men find it equally meaningful to treat small things in a great way. It is these small things that enable people to build up adequate ability, knowledge and experience. Two typical examples can be given: by helping others in need, Lei Feng makes his life great; by inventing hundreds of small inventions, Edison makes his researches great. As a matter of fact, intelligent people in large numbers have come to realize the importance and meaning of tiny things.
I, as a college student, am convinced that it is of great necessity for youngsters to enhance our quality by treating small work positively. Thus, we should advocate and encourage our friends and classmates to cultivate this awareness. Do bear in mind: in a great way, doing small things leads to great jobs. （217 words）
