船舶修理单的编制要点
一、修理单标题
修理单是船方为修船向船厂提出修理项目和要求的一种单据。
修理单得标题应写明其类别:
航次修理单(Voyage Repair List)
岁修修理单(Annual Repair List)
保修修理单(Guarantee Repair List)
全船的修理项目可按下列次序编写:
坞修(Dock Repair)
甲板部(Deck Department)
轮机部(Engine Department)
电器部(Electric Department)
二、修理单书写格式
在修船之前,涉及机舱的有关项目,必须由主管轮机员与轮机长一起研究决定,有的船是先由大管轮负责编写修理单,最后由轮机长审核、修改,送交给船厂。修理单中应体现的内容包括:发现某设备产生故障的现象、已损坏部件的名称、部位、要求修复、更换备件或其他具体要求等。由于所写的内容均是一种计划、安排或打算,最终修理单送交给修船厂,由修船厂来完成,从正规语法要求应采用将来时,即采用表示计划或打算的谓语形式:“be to be done”,为了简单明了,在修理单中都省去前面的系动词be,其句型为:“名词(短语)+ to be done”。简化为:“noun+ to be done”。
然而,修理单是船方对船厂提出的有关要求,其要求的具体内容不同,于是就有不同的句型。
修理单中的冠词一般都省略。
1.第一种情况是,基于运行时间(周期)的维修,不管设备或部件是否正常都必须拆开、清洁、换新等,这种句型就为修理单的基本句型。
Noun + to be + done ------部件名称+ to be + 所需动词的过去分词
例:
所有线圈彻底清洁并烘干。
All windings to be thoroughly cleaned and baked try.
全部缸套清洁并测量。
All cylinderliners to be cleaned and measured.
2号制冷压缩机需打开、清洁、检查并测量,阀片需研磨或换新,然后装复。
No. 2 refrigerating compressor tobe opened, cleaned, inspected and measured. Valve plates to be ground orrenewed, then reassembled.
2.第二种情况是,设备或部件发现有问题,需要修理、清洁或换新等,其句型为:
Noun + found trouble + to be done------部件名称+ found + 毛病 + to be + 所需动词的过去分词
例:
主机1号缸套发现裂纹需要换新。
No. 1cylinder liner of M/E (which is) found cracked to be renewed.
高温淡水冷却器的两个端盖发现漏泄需要修理。
Two end covers of high temperaturefresh water cooler (which are) found leaky to be repaired.
3.第三种情况是,对设备拆检过程中如果发现问题,需要修理或更换备件等。即对部件是否有毛病没有把握。其句型为:
Noun + iffound trouble + to be done------部件名称 + if found + 毛病+ to be +所需动词的过去分词
例:
主机活塞环如发现过分磨损需要换新。
Piston rings of M/E if found overworn to be renewed.
主机用泵如发现有毛病,则应予以修理。
Pumps for main engine if found in trouble to be repaired.

A01.The deflection of crankshaft web of main engine to be measured once before andafter repair. Report in fourfold to be handed over to ship.
A02.No.2, 3, 4, 6 & 7 cylinder covers of main engine to be disconnected,dismantled, cooling space cleaned chemically and hydraulic pressure tested with6 kg/cm2. The lower part of No. 2 & No. 6 cylinder covers andall packings & rubber rings to be renewed with ship’s stores.
A03.No. 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7 pistons with piston rod stuffing boxes to bedisconnected and withdrawn, dismantled, cleaned and checked, then refitted inorder.
5 pistons to be hydraulically tested up to6 kg/cm2 after renewing all packings & rubber rings in thecooling space with ship’s spare. Piston rings and grooves to be measured.Piston rings and piston bottom packing rings to be renewed with ship’s spare ifnecessary.

A06. 2,5 & 6 cylinder covers and two sets spare covers (total in 4 sets) of mainengine are cracked in way of holes of starting air valve & needle valve, tobe repaired by metal-lock or welding then hydraulic tested.
A07.No. 4, 7 & 8 main bearings of main engine to be measured by bridge gauge,opened and turned out for inspection, re-metalled if necessary. The clearanceto be measured by means of pressure lead and adjusted to keep 0.29~0.34 mm. 12pieces of bolts to be checked.
A08.No. 2, 3 & 4 crosshead bearings and crank pin bearings to be opened forinspection, any bearing found damaged to be re-metalled & machined. Theclearance of bearings to be measured by means of pressing lead and adjusted tokeep 0.29~0.34 mm.
A09. 20pieces of tie rods of main engine to be retightened according to instructionbook.
A10.No. 1, 2 turbochargers of main engine to be dismantled, cleaned, measured andreassembled in good order.
Nozzle ring of two turbochargers to berenewed with ship’s space. Seal rings to be renewed with shipyard stores ifnecessary. The rotors to be dynamically balanced if necessary. (Type: N6 11500rpm)

A11.Two sets of lube oil coolers of main engine (cooling surface 21 sq. m in each)to be chemically cleaned on water and oil side, pressure tested and refitted.The zinc anodes to be renewed. The end covers if found corroded seriously to berenewed.
A12.No. 1 & 2 air coolers of main engine to be removed to shop, chemicallycleaned on water and oil side, pressured and returned on board and refitted.

A19.Steam pipe (diameter 1″) and 3 pieces of stop valves to be newly installedon the scavenging air box of main engine for fire extinguishing.
A20. 1piece of main starting air valve, 1 piece of starting air distributor withcontrol valve, 3 pieces of control side valves under the hand-wheel ofmanoeuvring gear of main engine to be dismantled, cleaned, ground in andrefitted in order.
A21.Two sets of radial piston pumps (HYDROSTEAR PV1SG 100 kg/cm2 , 750 rpm)of steering gear to be overhauled, the ball bearings and all seal rings to berenewed, any part found damaged to be repaired or renewed, then refitted inorder and operation test to be carried out.

B REFRIGERATOR, AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AIR COMPRESSOR AND AIR
BOTTLE
B01.Provision refrigerator, type: XXX.XXX kcal/h. The compressor to be dismantledon the spot. All valve plates of the suction and delivery valves and springs tobe renewed. Piston rings and oil rings to be inspected measured, and to berenewed, if any defective to be found. The crank shaft to be transported toworkshop. The crank pin to be spray coated and finished to original dimensions.X pairs of connecting rod bearings to be renewed. The clearance of copperbushes of main bearing to be measured, and to be renewed if necessary. Themechanical shaft sealings to be renewed. All gaskets, rubber seal rings to berenewed. Crank case to be cleaned thoroughly, lubricating oil to be renewed. (The oil to be supplied by ship). All the above mentioned spares are supplied byowner.
B02.One set of main air compressor (type: XX. XX m3/h), intercooler(working pressure is XX Mpa) wind/water cooling, made of aluminium, to be dismantled,and shifted to workshop for repair. The leakage in three place to be patchedwith welding, the joint of water draining cock to be renewed, if weld defect tobe found. Hydraulic test up to XX MPa to be carried out. The bolts and cylindergaskets to be renewed and refitted.
B03.Main air bottle, vertical / horizontal type. There are two groups in all, eachgroup is X m3 . working pressure is XX MPa. The manhole to be openedfor interior cleanness, inside to be surveyed by surveyor. Then one coat ofspecial anticorrosive paint to be applied. The gasket of manhole to be renewed,and made in order. Two safety valves to be ground, adjusted and hydraulictested. The relieving pressure of safety valve is XX MPa, closing pressure isXX MPa. X pieces of stop valves to be opened for grinding. The gasket to berenewed, and refitted in order. All gaskets are supplied by owner.
PUMPS
B04. Fuel oil booster pump for main engine
Type: XXX
Delivery capacity: XX m3/h .horizontal gear pump.
The discharging pressure of the pump can’t meet therequirements. The pump to be dismantled and examined. The driving gear, drivengear and both end bearings to be inspected, and to be renewed with Ship’s spareif necessary. The clearance between gear and pump cover to be inspected andadjusted.
The safety valve to be opened, checked and ground.After the pump is refitted in order, a trail run to be carried out.
B05. Main engine sea water pump
Type: XXX
Delivery capacity: XX m3/h .
Vertical centrifugal pump, X stage
The water leaked from shaft seal seriously, andpressure is low. The motor to be removed. The pump to be dismantled on thespot. The impeller, pump shaft, shaft sleeve and the bottom carbon bearing tobe inspected, and to be renewed with ship’s spare, if any defects to be found.Ball bearing mechanical shaft seal to be renewed with ship’s spare. The gasketsto be renewed, and X pieces of double end studs and nuts to be renewed (M12, XXmm). X sets of coupling bolts and rubber sleeves to be renewed with ship’sspare.
B06. Bilge pump
Type: XXX
Delivery capacity: XX m3/h.
Reciprocating duplex pump
The pump to be dismantled on the spot. Two pistonsto be drawn out and rubber rings to be renewed. Cylinder liner to be measured.The protrudes near the upper and bottom dead center to be bored in workshop.
The diameter of piston rod to be measured,inspected, and a new piston rod to be replaced (made by factory). Suction anddelivery valves to be taken off, inspected and ground. Two valves may beskimmed with lathe. Cotter pin to be renewed and refitted.
Gear box to be opened up for inspection. All gearoil to be renewed. All packings and gaskets to be renewed (spares to besupplied by ship).
C. PIPING AND VALVES
C01.Main sea water cooling pipe of auxiliary engine (zinc coated pipe). Ø XXX mm xL XX m, one bending: XX°, and two pieces flanges, XX pieces ofbolts(M12), and gaskets to be renewed, the old pipe to be taken off.
C02.One flexible connecting pipe to be installed additionally to the fresh waterdischarging pipe of turbocharger of main engine. One piece of Ø XX mm and L XXm flexible connecting pipe (flange connection), two flanges 8 sets of bolts andnuts (M10 X 50 mm) to be supplied to ship. Two fixed supports to be added insuitable positions.
C03.One inlet valve of cooling water pump for air conditioning (gate valve, ØXXXmm, under lower platform of engine room) to be cleaned, ground and to beskimmed if necessary. The packings and gaskets to be renewed (supplied byyard).
C04.One piece of sea water stop valve of lube oil cooler for main engine (butterflyvalve ØXXX mm, on the lower platform of engine room, port) to be cleaned,ground, and to be skimmed if necessary. Packings and gaskets to be renewed withyard’s spare. If it can’t be repaired, the valve to be renewed with ship’sspare.
D. DECK MACHINERY
D01. Crank No. X, type: XXX, safety load: XX t.
1) hydraulicoil in gear box to be drained to a clean receiver. The big manhole door of oiltank to be opened. One piece of main oil pump to be taken off, and sent toworkshop for dismantling, cleaning and inspection. Worn parts to be renewedwith ship’s spare. It is mainly to check the reason of decrease of the oilpressure. One set of wind cooled oil cooler, the wind side to be cleanedthoroughly.
2) Mainoil pump No. X, type: XXX, axial plunger variable displacement pump (tiltabledisc), to be dismantled, cleaned and the rust to removed, and inspected. Therotor to cleaned and inspected. The spring to be renewed. The itltable disc anddistributing oil disc to be cleaned and ground. Safety valve to be ground,pressure tested and adjusted. Oil seal to be renewed. After repair the pump tobe reassembled, then to be shifted on board, reinstalled and tested. Allrequired spares to be supplied by owner.
D02. Windlass, type: XXX.
At first, the two chains should be fixed inorder, then the two end bearings of chain wheel to be opened, the chain wheeland shaft to be lifted up. Two pairs of bearing shells to be inspected andscraped, the clearance to be readjusted. The bearing shell to be renewed withshipyard’s spare if any damage to be found. Two grease nipples of the bearingshells to be renewed as per original one.
One set of brake band for windlass (L XXXmm x W XX mm x δ XX mm, with copper wire) to be renewed as per original one.The brake faceing and rivets to be supplied by shipyard (rivets Ø XX mm and LXX mm).
D03. Xpieces of high pressure oil cylinder of elevator platform No. X in hold No. X,type: XXX. Because the oil cylinder has been worn out and leaked seriously. Oilpressure can’t built up. The cylinder to be overhauled. The piston to be drawnout for cleaning. The diameter to be measured. Cylinder liner to be cleaned,then original size to be restored by chrome-plating. Two end oil seal to berenewed with ship’s spare. After repair, the cylinder to be refitted in orderand tested.
E EXHAUST GAS BOILER AND DONKEY BOILER
E01.Exhaust gas boiler, type: XXX, fire pipe.
Evaporation capacity: XX t/h.
Working pressure: XX MPa.
The door of smoke way to be opened. Thegasket to be renewed and refitted in order. Smoke pipe to be cleaned withspecial pipe brush, the ash to be removed. Then invite a surveyor to survey.
One set of safety valves ( single / double)to be shifted to workshop for dismantling, inspection and ground. The gasketsand bolts to be renewed and reassembled. The relief & closing pressure tobe tested and adjusted in the workshop (The relief pressure is XX MPa, and theclosing pressure is XX MPa).
The following valves to be dismantled andground on spot. Gaskets, packings and bolts to be renewed and refitted.
1) 1piece of main steam valve Ø XX mm, ball valve.
2) 4pieces of cocks of water level gauge, Ø XX mm.
3) 1piece of cock for water sampling Ø XX mm.
E02.Fuel oil donkey boiler, type: XXX.
Evaporation capacity: XX t/h.
Working pressure: XX MPa (vertical firepipe).
Water side to be washed with chemicalsupplied by ship. The manhole to be opened for surveyor to survey. The gasketof manhole door to be renewed and refitted.
The door of furnace to be taken off, andthe ash in the boiler pipe to be removed. Ash and other dirts to be cleanedthoroughly. The gasket of furnace door to be renewed and refitted. The stovefire sludge in furnace to be inspected. If any damage to be found, the furnaceto be mended.
F OILY WATER SEPARATOR
F01.Oily water separator, type: XXX, X m3/h. X stage.
The separator bowl of second stage to beopened, X pieces of bolts of internal filter net cover to be renewed. (Thebolts to be made by yard according to the sample.) X pieces of internal filtermaterial to be renewed with material supplied by ship.
The first stage to be opened, the internalseparating disc to be cleaned, the heating coil pipe to be taken out andhydraulic test to be carried out, the leaked place to be welded up.
G FRESH WATER GENERATOR
G01.Fresh water generator, type: XXX, XX m3/day.
The sea water side of evaporator pipe to becleaned with chemical and pressure test up to XX MPa to be carried out. Xpieces of zinc plate and gaskets of front and back end covers to be renewedwith ship’s spare. 1 piece of end cover on inlet and outlet side to betransported to shipyard. The plastic layer on its inside to be removed andrecoated with new plastic according to the original thickness.
H COOLER, HEATER, CONDENSER
H01.Condenser of the fresh water generator, type: XXX, Ø XXX mm, L XXX mm,
cooling area: XXX m2.
Both the front and rearcover to be opened. The sea water side of pipe bend to be cleaned. Hydraulictest up to X MPa to be carried out. X pieces of leaked pipes which have blockedoff (Ø XX mm x L XX mm) to be renewed and supplied by yard.
五、修理单练习题
01.主机调速器需解体检修,如发现任何损坏的部件需换新,所有部件由厂方提供。
Governorfor main engine to be dismantled for inspection and repair, if found any partdamaged to berenewed. All spare parts to be supplied form the shipyard.
02.涡轮增压器需解体,叶轮需平顺,轴线对中并作动平衡试验,然后重新装妥。
Turbo-chargerto be opened, blades smoothed, shaft alignment to be made and dynamicbalance to betested, then reassembled in order.
03.主轴承上瓦需转出。
Upperhalf of main bearing to be turned out.
04.所有螺母需用冲击扳手上紧。
All nuts to be tightened withimpact wrench.
05.副机和发电机需用联轴节接上。
Dieselengine and generator to be connected with coupling.
06.安全阀需在轮机长和验船师在场的情况下封好。

14.三道主轴承的上半瓦需拆开检查。测取桥规读书。下班轴瓦也需转出检查,如发现磨损需重新浇铅。间隙用压铅丝法测量并重新调整,在测取桥规读书。
15.辅锅炉水面用药剂清洁,所有污垢和沉淀需清除。锅炉火面需刮铲、清刷并彻底清洁,所有积炭需清除。锅炉用淡水冲洗,所有垫圈用船方备件更新。
16.两台电机需拆卸并送车间修理。所有绕组需彻底清洁并烘干,涂二度结缘漆。电机需作结缘试验并做好记录。所有轴承需清洁并加油脂。如发现有损坏的轴承用厂方备件换新。电机组装后需试验并达到电机员满意。然后送回船上,安装至原位、对中,在船上作试验。
17.油轮“远丰”号现已在上海港开始对舵机进行永久性修理。拆卸舵机时作了进一步检查,发现底座变形,有几处裂纹。底座要换新。
18.磨损的环槽须在预热情况下进行堆焊,焊后退火,然后车至标准尺寸。
19.主机所有的气阀间隙、喷有定时、换气定时及拐档差等在出坞前后需测量。
20.2号伙食冰机冷凝器的一个盖板发现漏泄,需要焊补或换新,盖板需铲刮并上两层漆,锌块需换新,修后需对系统放气并检查冷剂的漏泄。冷却水量调节阀需检修,冷却系统试验至轮机长满意为止。
21.发现主机3号缸缸盖在进气阀座附近有一长约3 cm的裂纹,需用金属扣合法修补,补后需做4kg/cm2的水压试验。
22.3号发电柴油机需用压铅丝法检查各缸连杆大端的轴承间隙,如有必要需用厂方备件更换连杆螺栓。连赶上紧力应采用扭力扳手紧至设计值。
23.2号副机的所有气缸盖、活塞、缸套、连杆、活塞销及销承、轴承全部拆卸彻底清洁。测量活塞直径、缸套直径、主轴颈汲曲柄销直径、令槽尺寸及轴承厚度,并作记录。缸盖上各阀需拆检和研磨,油头试验,损坏的零件修理或换新。活塞环需全部换新。所有工作部件需彻底清洁。进、排气阀在热机下测量并调整间隙。
24.水柜需除锈,用钢丝刷刷净,上两层漆,并进行7kg/cm2的水压试验,水柜上的补气阀需换新。
25.发现螺旋桨轴线与主机曲轴不对中,需测量并对中,如有必要需调节中间轴承位置,调整后的误差值不得超过允许值范围。
26.主机5号港活塞发现磨损过渡,需要堆焊,焊后磨光,活塞环槽车至原始尺寸,需测量椭圆度及圆锥度。
27.空压机阀片需要按图新做5只作为备件。冷却水腔需用化学药剂清洁,然后进行10kg/cm2的水压试验。缸头垫片需要换新。油箱漏泄需检查,如发现油箱有裂纹需拆出修补。
28.主机2号燃油循环泵轴封漏泄需拆出,检查原因,如有必要需做电机与泵的对中,换新机械轴封,安全阀设定值需要重新调整。
29.空调挡水板需要换新,如发现风机轴封有卡紧现象,需要将轴承换新及加牛油。重新调整张力,并固定好地脚螺栓,按规定进行试验。
30.主机5号缸曲柄销径需测量,曲柄销轴承下瓦徐换新,轴瓦换新后,需采用压铅丝法测取轴承间隙,连杆大端螺栓用扭力扳手上紧至规定值,然后盘车检查。
31.2号滑油分油机需拆开,发现立轴的齿轮已过分磨损,立轴需按附图重新做,制动器刹车片已损坏需换新。分离筒相对于立轴的高度需重新测量、调整。装复后试验运转,工作电流必须低于额定值。
32.主机8号缸缸套需镀铬,并按要求镗孔,冷却水空间需用化学方法清洁,然后进行高达10kg/cm2 的水压试验,进排气阀需研磨,活塞环如发现磨损过渡需换新,缸头与缸套结合面处的垫片需热处理、退火,重新装回。使用液压拉伸器上紧贯穿螺母,压力达850kg/cm2。
33.辅助锅炉水空间需采用化学方法除去水垢,加热管外的结炭需刮去或用钢丝刷刷净,如发现有烧坏的管子需换新,并测量管间间距,用磁力探伤法检查管板裂纹,安全释放阀需验船师及轮机长在场的情况下调至设定值。
34.主机涡轮增压器需拆开、清洁及检查,涡轮增压器的喷嘴环用船上备件换新,如有必要密封环用船厂备件换新,可能的话,应对转子作动平衡试验,3个冲洗用的转角阀需换新。
35.舵机实际舵角与指示舵角误差大于2°,需要检查
