1、职位描述 Job Description "新产品研发、测试以及所需设备的选型等工作； New product development, tests and selection of equipments needed;" "已有产品改进、测试以及所需设备的选型等工作； Current product improvement, tests and selection of equipments needed;" "制定产品生产所需工艺路线和BOM等ERP数据，以及各种图纸、操作指引等技术文档； Formulate technical data in ERP system, including routings and BOMs, ect., as well as other technical documents, including drawings and working instruction;" "指导生产流程，处理生产现场技术问题和客户咨询技术问题； Guide process of field production; Deal with technical issues of field production and customer consultation;" "生产流程持续改进优化，相关工装夹具设计； Continuously optimize production process; Design fixture and jigs required by production and lab;" "对销售部、生产部、质量部进行技术培训和产品培训； Organize training for sales, production and quality in terms of technical and products;" "各种技术文档管理和标准化工作，包含CIM Database管理； Documentation management and standardization, including management of CIM Database;" "与德国总部研发等部门保持密切沟通； Keep close communications with R&D Department and others related in HQ Germany;" "从技术层面审核和监控公司产品成本； Monitor product cost in terms of technical;" 2、任职要求 Job requirements 教育背景 Education background "机械类专业本科及以上学历；拥有CET4或以上证书。 Bachelor above, Mechanical engineering or related, having CET 4 certificate or above;" 经验要求 Experience requirement "在行业领域里有3年以上研发及项目管理的工作经验； Having at least 3 years experience of R&D and project management;" "对MIG/MAG/TIG焊接工艺有一些了解。 Having general knowledge of MIG/MAG/TIG weld technology." 技能要求 Abilities/Skills requirement "有较好的机械设计能力； Having good design ability in terms of mechanical design;" "有较好的创造能力和思考能力； Having good abilities of creative and thinking;" "有一定的工程材料、工程塑料等综合知识； Having certain expertise of engineering material and engineering plastic;" "熟练使用AutoCAD、Solidworks等绘图软件，以及Office等办公软件； Having good experience of operating AutoCAD、Solidworks, as well as office software;" "英文读写熟练，掌握基本的听说； Good reading and writing in English, general listening and speaking ability;" "良好的团队精神、高度的责任心。 Having good sense of teamwork and resposibilities.
