1 stay in shape 保持体型

Swimming can help you stay in shape by targeting all areas of your body. 游泳能让身体所有部位都活动到,使你保持匀称的身材。

2 go jogging 慢跑

At the moment, I don't belong to a gym but I go jogging. Usually I go jogging four times a week, and I always go in the morning because for me it's the best time to exercise because it keeps me awake all day, but at the moment I don't do any other exercise. 目前我没有去健身房,但是我慢跑。通常一周跑四次,我总会早上去跑。对我来说早上锻炼最合适了。因为能让我一整天保持清醒。不过目前我不做其他的锻炼。

3 have a hard time 度过困难时刻

Yeah, well, that's pretty good that you get up and go running in the morning, I have a hard time like running early in the morning. 你能在早上早起跑步真是太棒了。我早上起来跑步真是很艰难了。

4 light 明亮的

Yeah, I think it's easy in the summer because it's really light and the weather's better but in the winter I find it really difficult and actually the last few weeks I've stopped jogging. 在夏天跑步比较简单,因为天是明亮的,天气也比较好。我觉得冬天跑步就有点难了。事实上在过去的几周里,我不再慢跑了。

5  in the same boat 处境相同

It's OK, I'm kind of in the same boat.  没事啊,我跟你处境差不多。

6  semi-vegetarian 半素食主义者

I'm semi-vegetarian so I don't eat meat. I only eat fish and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, but I also like my junk food and usually once a day I eat either potato chips or cake, so yeah, I have a balanced diet. 我是个半素食主义者,只吃鱼和蔬菜,但我也吃一些垃圾食品。一般是一天吃一次吧,不是薯条就是蛋糕,所以,我是均衡饮食的。
