English Singing是美国经典的英语启蒙资源之一，它针对英语为非母语的国家设计，制作用心，画风超萌，剧情非常吸引人。
'Kids Vocabulary'是其中的一个系列，把常见的词汇通过话题来分类，配上动漫的表现形式，小朋友甚至可以边看边模仿，生动有趣地学习单词，其乐无穷。
趁着这个暑假，跟着向日葵老师一起学习《Kids Vocabulary》中的57组单词，2个月掌握1000个单词不是梦想，把这些单词都掌握了，小学的英语单词量就妥妥够了！😊
今天我们就来学习第二组《Baby Animals》，在汉语里，大部分动物的幼崽都是直接在动物名字前面加个“小”字，比如小猫，小狗，或者是在动物名字后加个“宝宝”，比如猪宝宝，鳄鱼宝宝等。
在英文里，直接加“little”或“baby”可是行不通的哦！因为很多动物的幼崽可是有自己专属的英文称呼的，还有些跟成年动物的名字完全不同。很特别对不对？现在我们就一起来看看这些萌萌的动物宝宝们究竟该怎么称呼吧~

Pip picked up a small stick.

'I am much stronger than you.'

'Ok,' said Pip. 'You are stronger than I can but I can jump higher than you can.'
皮普说“好吧，我承认你比我强壮，可是我跳得比你高。”
She jumped up in the air.皮普在空中跳了起来。
The fox laughed again.狐狸又大笑了起来。'Don't be silly,' he said.
“别傻了，”他说
'I can jump much higer than you can.'“我跳得比你高多了。”
The fox jumped up into the sky.狐狸说着，在空中跳了起来。
'Ok,' said Pip.“好吧，”皮普说。'You can jump higer than I can, but I can shout louder than you can.'
“你可以跳得比我高多了！，可是我的叫声比你大。”She cheeped as loudly as she could.皮普用尽全力，吱吱地叫了起来。
The fox was angry, 'This is very silly! I can shout much louder than you can!'狐狸很生气。“真是太傻了！我的叫声比你大多了！”
The fox howled.狐狸吼叫起来。He howled and howled.
他叫啊叫啊。
He was very loud.

A farmer heard the howl.一个农夫听到了狐狸的叫声。
He ran after the fox.
