生物素/CY/荧光素标记抗人IgG Biotin/CY3/CY5/CY5.5/FITC标记
Human IgG是从混合的正常血清中，使用专利分离技术纯化而获得的纯化免疫球蛋白（Ig），并最终经冻干而以粉末形式供应，该产品未经任何标记，为非特异性IgG。经SDS-PAGE分析该IgG的纯度>97%。
本制品应用非常广泛，包括：1）RIA（放射性免疫实验）中采用聚乙二醇或硫酸铵法沉淀的步骤中可用作共沉淀试剂。2）作为蛋白质稳定剂；3）用作大多数免疫分析实验中的封闭试剂；4）一些生化分析测试中，也可以作为IgG对照。作为对照IgG时，可以排除IgG本身和特定目的蛋白或其他特定生物分子的非特异性结合；5）参考抗原，如药物试验中观察免疫效果，用IgG作参考抗原。
