　　(一)拆分主句和从句----拆分标志：标点和连词，此句没有标点，有连词who, that; which;

　　(三) 根据翻译技巧确定句意

　　1. 主句属于主系表结构，顺译：没有一个男孩不了解

　　2. 表语后的宾语从句，顺译：戏剧是一种文学形式

　　3. 定语从句，少于8个单词，译到修饰的名词前。在文法学校的学童

　　4. 定语从句，大于8个单词，直接顺译同时重复修饰的名词。文学给希腊和罗马带来了荣耀，并且有可能也给英国带来荣誉。

　　(四)组合译文

　　凡是在文法学校的学童就不会不知道，戏剧这种文学形式曾给希腊和罗马带来辉煌，或也将为英国带来荣耀。
