  补充性肠外营养(SPN)是指肠内营养(EN)不足时,部分能量和蛋白质需求由肠外营养(PN)来补充的混合营养支持疗法方式【1】。合理的SPN能满足患者对能量和蛋白质的需求,调整氮平衡状态,促进蛋白质合成,能有效改善患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的临床结局【2】。但目前有关SPN的给予时机、剂量以及途径等问题,国内外研究结果尚不统一,不同国家或学会对于SPN支持疗法的推荐意见也不尽相同【3-5】。因此,中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会组织专家,根据目前国际上发表的临床研究结果及循证医学证据,结合专家经验,形成《成人补充性肠外营养中国专家共识》,为国内临床营养实践中SPN的规范化和标准化提供参考意见。
