课堂教学,思想教育无处不在,就像日本小说家芥川龙之介说的一句话:我们的生活所需的思想,也许在三千年前就思维殆尽。我们只需要在老柴上加新火就行了。
现在的学生,看似什么都懂,其实什么都不懂,最需要进行思想教育的就是这些学生们。
罗马思想家马可·奥勒利乌斯说过:个人的思想不会停滞,当他清醒时,他的头脑不停地工作,就像不断跳动的脉博,他无法止住任何一种思想。
所以,利用课堂教学对学生进行思想教育,水到渠成。对于我们老师来说,责无旁贷。
比如,在英语课堂上,我们可以简单地问:How often do you use the Internet?
当学生回答:I use the Internet every day.
接下来,我们就可以用英语对学生进行思想教育了。
老师 : It is said that 90 percent of the students use the Internet every day.Most students use it for fun and not for homework.Is it good for our study?
学生:No,it isn’t.
老师:So use the Internet less.Please use the Internet for your study,OK?
举一反三,UNIT 2 处处可以寓思想教育于英语课堂教学之中,这样一来,不仅生动有趣,而且教学精神得到了升华。

学生:I eat junk food twice a week.
