今天分享一首  Gotye 的《Somebody That I Used to Know》。

来首曾经的热门歌曲，这首歌收录在Gotye2011年8月30日发行的第三张录音室专辑《Making Mirrors》中。在专辑发行前这首歌也作为先行单曲发行。歌曲一经发行就拿到了澳大利亚排行榜的榜首。2011年横扫澳大利亚后，2012，2013年在美国和其他国家又陆续攀升，相继在美国、英国、加拿大、法国、澳大利亚、波兰等21个国家的音乐排行榜单拿到冠军。并且在2013年，拿到了第55届格莱美奖“年度最佳制作”和“最佳流行组合”奖。这首歌获得巨大成功的原因之一是它的跨界吸引力，自1988年9月10日以来第一首同时登上百强单曲、舞曲/俱乐部歌曲和另类歌曲三类榜首的歌曲。

关于这首歌的创作，Gotye说：这首歌从巴西音乐家路易斯·邦法（LuizBonfá）的单曲“塞维利亚”（Seville）的吉他演奏中采样开始，邦法也启发了这首歌的前几首歌词。版税问题也得到妥善的解决。之后，Gotye加入了鼓，然后才开始创作歌词和旋律，并加入了摇摆感觉的吉他采样。休息几周后，他用拉丁感觉的打击乐和笛子声填满了歌曲。但接着遇到了瓶颈。他是怎么解决的？大家可以听听看。

出生于比利时的Wally De Backer是一位独立摇滚创作歌手，他以 Gotye的名字录制唱片。他2岁时随家人搬到澳大利亚，从2001年开始在那里发行音乐。De Backer的第二张专辑《Like Drawing Blood》取得了突破，这张专辑在Triple J听众投票中被评为2006年最佳专辑#。随后De Backer第三张专辑《Making Mirrors》，也就是这首歌这张也让他声名鹊起。

这首歌的音乐录影带由娜塔莎·平卡斯（Natasha Pincus）指导、制作和编辑的，主唱Gotye和Kimbra没穿衣服，以人体彩绘的方式出现。

Gotye花了五个月的时间选择女歌手，他的女友澳大利亚歌手兼作曲家塔什·帕克（Tash Parker）也试过，但她的声音并不适合这首歌。最终，他选择了Kimbra。
