根据印度联邦卫生部周一的数据，印度在过去 24 小时内报告了 35,499 例新的冠状病毒感染，使其新冠病例总数达到 3,19,69,954，而死亡人数攀升至 4,28,309，新增死亡人数为 447 人卫生部表示，该国的活跃病例数已下降至 4,02,188 例，目前占总感染人数的 1.27%。

On the successful completion of the trial, Vice Admiral AK Chawla said it is indeed a "historic moment for the country".

the UN's Intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) on Monday dropped a kind of bombshell in its new report, projecting that the global temperature is expected to reach or exceed 1.5°C of warming over the next 20 years under all scenarios.
The situation, as expected, may lead to increasing heat waves events, longer warm seasons, shorter cold seasons and faster sea-level rise globally with India facing similar impacts in its different regions in addition to frequent occurrence of glacial lake outburst in the Himalayan region. TOI
