1 work tirelessly 不知疲倦地工作

She worked tirelessly and had the knack of remembering everyone's name. 她不知疲倦的工作，而且能够记住每个人的名字。

2 teach students in accordance with their aptitude 因材施教

She's genuinely experienced and thinks that every single student is different, that's why she knows how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.  她很有经验，觉得每个人都不一样，这就是为什么她知道要因材施教。

3 encourage students to learn 鼓励学生学习

The teacher always encourage students to learn, which has given loads of her students' much confidence actually.  这个老师经常鼓励学生学习，这给了很多学生信心。

4 arouse students' interest 激发学生兴趣

Her class  is often quite intriguing which has already aroused students' interest. 她的课程常常很有趣，能激发学生的兴趣。

5 approachable 亲切的，可以接近的adj.

She's quite approachable and often has a chin-wag with students. 她挺亲切的，还经常和学生闲聊。

6 never put off tasks 从来不推迟任务

Students can get their assignment done before the deadline, since the teacher is also genuinely strict and the students never put off tasks, otherwise they'll be punished.学生能在截止日期前完成作业，因为这个老师常常很严格，学生也不会推迟任务，要不然他们会被惩罚的。
