新春佳节,本应该是阖家欢乐的日子,然而突如其来的疫情打乱了学校正常的教学计划。开学在即,面对持续发展的疫情,我校高一年级全体教师在校领导的带领下,认真筹划布置了针对我年级学生实情的“停课不停学”的教学安排。

The Spring Festival shouldhave been a happy day for the family, but the sudden epidemic disrupted theschool's normal teaching plan. The new school year is about to begin, facingthe continuous development of the epidemic situation, all the teachers in thefirst grade of our school under the leadership of the school have carefullyplanned and arranged the teaching plan of " Suspended class, Ongoinglearning " based on the actual situation of our grade students.

张增红老师是新野一高新入职的英语教师,担任一年级16班的英语教学工作。接到学校“停课不停学”的通知后,张老师立即整合身边现有的教学资料和网上教学资源按照英语教研组的安排积极进行备课,全新身心的投入到解透教材和网上教学工作中去。

ZhangZenghong is an English teacher who has just joined the No.1 Senior MiddleSchool in Xinye County. After receiving the notice from the school that "Suspended class, Ongoing learning ", Mr. Zhang immediately integrated theexisting teaching materials and online teaching resources around him, activelyprepared the lessons in accordance with the arrangements of the Englishteaching and research group, and devoted himself to preparing and teachingonline.

分析疫情,动员学生,为学生指明疫情期间的学习方向

接到“停课不停学”的通知后,张老师及时通过班级微信群和钉钉群告诫学生不出门、不接触、不聚集、不聚会,确保身心健康。并向学生传达在家自主学习的重要性。尽管学习环境发生了变化,但一定要端正学习态度,积极投入到学习中,不可因为在家舒适的环境而放松了学习。在学习过程中要多思考(问题),多反思(错题),多总结(方法),做到举一反三,触类旁通。

Our studentsmust not relax your study because of the comfortable environment at home. Inthe learning process, Our students must think more (questions), reflect more(wrong questions), and summarize more (methods) so as to draw inferences aboutother cases from one instance and understand the rest by analogy.

做好直播前中后的准备工作,认真对待

张老师在直播前能够认真研读教材和相关资料,并精心制作课件。他充分利用网络资源,将学习过程中的任何疑难点以插入超链接的方式进行解疑答惑,确保学生课后能自主解决疑问难题。在直播过程中,他以幽默风趣的教学方式对知识点进行讲解,同时他也穿插一些课外知识来拓宽学生的知识面,激发学生的学习兴趣。直播后,他布置好课后作业,完善详细的答案解析,并做好问题统计以便针对共性问题再强化其背后的知识点学习。

积极互动,满足学生个性化的学习需要

针对学习环境的变化,张老师要求学生们通过各种方式自主解决学习中遇到的问题,进一步提高自主解决问题的能力。对于自己解决不了的问题,学生要及时通过微信、钉钉进行询问。张老师都会在第一时间对问题进行解答,直到学生弄懂问题,吃透问题背后的知识点。
