Using Imagination to Change Negative to Positive
早晨醒来的第一件事:想象自己是如此无限的开心。用一种容光焕发、兴致勃勃且非常期待的快乐心情起床,就好像今天会有某些很棒、无价的事将要发生一样。
First thing in the morning, imagine yourself tremendouslyhappy. Get out of bed in a very happy mood — radiant, bubbling, expectant — as if something perfect, ofinfinite value, is going to happen today.
用一种正面充满希望的心情起床,感觉今天将不会是个平庸的日子;某个令人期待、非凡的事正等这你,它就快出现了。整天一再一再的记住这个心情。七天之内你将发现你所有的模式、作风、你的整个振动频率都改变了。
Get out of the bed in a very positiveand hopeful mood, with the feeling that this day is not going to be an ordinary day — that something exceptional, extraordinary, is waiting for you; something is very close by. Try and remember it again and again for the whole day. Within sevendays you will see that your whole pattern, your whole style, your wholevibration, has changed.

When you go to sleep in the night, just imagine that you are falling intodivine hands...as if existence is supporting you, that you are in its lap,falling asleep. Just visualize it and fall asleep. The one thing to carry isthat you should go on imagining and let sleep come, so that the imagination enters into sleep; they are overlapping.
不要想任何负面的事,因为如果你是个富有想象力的人却想着负面的事,它们会真的发生。如果你想象着你将生病,你会真的生病。如果你想象着某人将会对你粗鲁无理,那个人真的会这么做。
Don’t imagineany negative thing, because if people who have an imaginative capacity imaginenegative things, they start happening. If you think that you are going to getill, you will get ill. If you think that somebody is going to be rude to you,he will be. Your very imagination will create the situation.
你的想象力会创造出你想象的情境。所以,如果负面想法出现时立刻改变它为正向思想。拒绝负面、立刻丢掉它、甩开它。一个星期之后你将开始觉得非常快乐-一点理由也没有。
So if a negative idea comes, immediately change it to a positive thought. Sayno to it. Drop it immediately; throw it away.Within a week you will start feeling that you are becoming very happy — for no reason at all.
