This patient comes in with chest pain. When you look at the axials and the one 3D I gave you, particularly the axials,look at the region of the right coronary artery, there's an aneurysm present. Right coronary artery aneurysm. Nice case. Most common vessel coronary artery aneurysm. It's the right coronary. I guess you could say, the patient is coronary artery disease. I can't argue with that. Fistula is uncommon, but the coronary artery fistulas most commonly involved the right coronary artery. But this is an aneurysm not a fistula, and there's no high-grade stenosis. So just a very nice set of images and a very unusual but very important diagnosis.

【Coronary Artery Aneurysm RCA 右冠状动脉动脉瘤】

这位患者主要症状为胸痛。在观察心脏轴位图和这张3D图时，特别是轴位图上，可见右冠脉区域有一动脉瘤。右侧冠状动脉动脉瘤。很好的病例。最常见的冠脉动脉瘤就是位于右冠脉。我猜你可能会选冠状动脉疾病，我也没什么理由反对。瘘道不是很常见，但冠状动脉瘘确实最常累及右冠脉。但这个病例是动脉瘤，不是动脉瘘，也没有严重的动脉狭窄。很棒的一套影像图片，不常见，但却是很重要的诊断。
