In asana,

the 'breathing’ dimension is more important,

and this is not respiratory breathing,

because you are not taking oxygen or de-oxygen

in biological system.

在体式里,

“呼吸”的维度更为重要,

吸入氧气、排出二氧化碳。

它可以变成工具性质的动因;

它可以变成联动生效的动因;

它可以间接地做出一些贡献;

或者说它至少可从远程发力;

它是可以进入呼吸器官体的;

Whole organism is breathing organism.

整个器官体都是呼吸器官体。

Watch the breathing movements and seepage

in your head/back region.

Is your back breathing?

Is your face/head/chest/abdomen/belly/pelvis/premium breathing?
