2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Instructions for the Auditor

In completing this assessment, auditors are instructed to respond with a “Yes” or “No” to address compliance with each statement of requirement. Any “No” responses will be indicated in the Nonconformance Report (NCR) within eAuditNet.

A finding in the Procedural section relates to the existence, effectiveness and/or completeness of the procedure or policy.

A finding in the Compliance section relates to observed evidence of effective implementation.

All Not Applicable (NA) responses require an explanation unless otherwise noted.

The audit results (eAuditNet) shall not include any customer proprietary information or Technical information on parts designated "Export Controlled - License Required" (EC-LR). If auditors have any questions about this, they should contact the Staff Engineer for directions.

2.2 Instructions for the Supplier

2.2.1 Prior to the on-site Audit

ALL DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED TO THE AUDITOR PRIOR TO THE AUDIT MUST BE IN ENGLISH, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED BY THE AUDITOR.

The supplier must complete a self-audit to AC8121 in preparation for the accreditation audit. The results of the self audit must be sent to the auditor prior to the audit. At least one job audit must be completed as part of the self-audit. The selected job(s) must cover the scope of the audit.
