39. In改成On。On the condition that是固定搭配，意为“如果，假设”，引导条件状语从句，一般位于句首或者句中。

例句：I can surrender this army on the condition that its members will never fight again.

我可以让这支军队投降，条件是这些战士再也不会参加战斗。"

结构分析：

On the condition that引导条件状语从句，it是主语，批的是“天”，doesn’t rain是谓语（现在一般时），the farmers是主语，will be worried是系表型谓语。
