对别人负责，就是对自己负责

凡事能靠能力完成的事情，就要认真去完成，不能敷衍了事，特别是对待别人。

对别人负责先体现在交谈中，然后体现在之后的行动中。所以要慎言慎行。做不到的不要随意允诺别人以免造成失信，做得到的也不要太夸大其词以免同样造成失信。
