研究人员表示,核桃可以促进肠道有益菌的生长以及对心脏也有好处。吃核桃可以增加与健康有关的很多肠道细菌,比如丁酸链球菌。此外,在饮食中加入核桃后,肠道细菌的变化与心脏病的危险因素之间存在着显著的关联[8]。益生菌与几种不同血压测量指标的变化呈负相关,益生菌的数量越多,这些危险因素的减少程度越大。

加工类红肉的危害不可以忽视,来自加工红肉的能量摄入过多而引起肥胖及心血管疾病很常见;
最新研究发现每天适当进食鸡蛋对人体的心血管疾病风险没有不良影响,还可能有助于改善健康状况和疾病风险;
在食用核桃的干预下,肠道菌群行为的改变可能会减小一个人的心血管疾病风;
新冠病毒肆虐之时,隔离期间,由于人们的水果和蔬菜摄入量逐渐减少,运动量远不及疫情前的状态,因此增加了一系列心血管疾病的负担。
