很早前我就爱上了一根枕木
很早前，我就坐上了火车
捧着故乡的土
包括玉米、高粱、垄上的稻田
把镰刀与斧头
挂在腰间
很早前，我就戒酒了
还戒了说出真相的语言
戒看花落
戒看杀生
从此，在记忆的深处
爱上了一根枕木
我早已厌倦一次又一次比喻、拟人、形容词
甚至夸张的拥抱和握手
喜欢淡淡的光
轻松的笑容
一束光线
照在白色的茶杯上
喜欢很早前的分别
看着奔驰的火车
稻田里后退的稻草人
田垄上悠闲的乌鸦
想着你
搓着双手
又一次捂着我冰冷的脸

Long Ago I fell in Love with Railway Sleepers

Long ago, I boarded a train
Clutching my native soil
Including corn, sorghum and the rice paddy upon the ridge
A scythe and an axe
Hanging at my waist
Long ago, I abstained from alcohol
I abstained from the language of truth
I stopped watching flowers fall
I stopped watching animal slaughter
Since that time, they live only in my deepest memory
I fell in love with railway sleepers
Long ago, I grew weary of metaphors, anthropomorphism and adjectives
Even exaggerated hugs and handshakes were too much
I like watery light
An effortless smile
A beam of light
And pictures on white tea cups
Long ago, I liked to leave early
I liked to watch the train speeding away
The receding scarecrow in the rice paddy
The idle crows on the ridge
Thinking about you
I rub my hands together
And once again cover my ice-cold face

罗曼简介
Romaine Scott, 作家，出生于欧洲，现与家人居住在澳洲。除了诗歌创作，她还翻译中文诗歌，着重于写作介绍有关中国艺术家的文章。她的诗歌入选”百人百诗百米书法长卷”。现阶段，她正在创作一部有关＂荷马的奥德赛＂儿童小说和一部以悉尼和北京为场景犯罪小说。她是新华文轩集团签约作家。
