年中，加料

朋友们好，最近到了年中总结的时候，而此时我想把这个阶段总结往后放，沉入过程中，给年中加些好料，于时间滚滚中，让成长承前启后。

加些什么料呢？关于成长，一直坚信的是身体和灵魂的共同成长。最近学习舞蹈、练习游泳，是给身体加的料，身体运转轻盈的同时，灵魂也想要跟上脚步，我想用阅读、语言突破和成长探索来加料。

百日计划的后三分之一，决定用语言的佐料，来给文字和思想以不同文化的碰撞，帮自己圆梦的同时，也是探寻语言魅力，愿好好说话，日有所获。

接下来的一个月，每天会分享一段英文共赏，敦促自己的同时，愿和朋友们一起感受不同语言文化的魅力。

最后，分享一首美妙的英文诗：

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
