深度理解
- I have been telling you since you were four years old
since自从，这是一个时间状语从句的连接词，看到since我们要注意前面主句要用完成时，这里主句就是I have been telling you，而从句部分应该是什么时态就是什么时态。耳朵妈妈从耳朵4岁起就开始教育他，很显然这里就是过去时态，自从你4岁起，since you were 4 years old.
- It’s okay to... 做...是可以的，没关系，没问题的
- you can’t go around pointing it out
➤go around doing ... go around字面上解释是到处走，口语中go around doing其实常用来表示经常做...习惯做...一直做...
➤point v. 指出，点出 point sth. out 点明... 表明...
