Introduction
Without those technological facilities, many jobs would not be done properly in the workplace. (设计一个虚拟语气的句子,获取语法方面的分数) So, I think that technology is favorable to young people’s career prospects and is disadvantageous for the old.
Body
Because (语法多样性:状语从句) young people are used to and skilled in using various technologies, the savvy enables them to well fit in the technology-enabled (“科技赋能的”) workplace. For example, young people use smart phones and many other intelligent devices on an everyday basis(“日常地”), and this (指代一个句子所描述的情况) becomes the advantage when their jobs require the use of these devices. 设置人群之间的对比关系 The opposite is the case of the old. Many of those state-of-the-art (“高级的”) technologies may be unfamiliar to (注意此处用法的介词是to) the old. Therefore, the old may be clumsy in the modern workplace and work slowly.
Second, since (语法多样性:状语从句) the command of technology requires having a sharp mind, which is an important characteristic of many young people, the increasing use of technology is relatively easy for the young. The strong learning ability of young people enables them to quickly grasp these ever-advancing technologies. The use of technology is therefore an opportunity for the young to fully utilize (使…发挥作用) their capability. 设置人群之间的对比关系 This is not the case of old people, whose (语法多样性:定语从句) work competence depends chiefly on their experience rather than a fast mind. Technology, which however requires fast-mindedness, is a disadvantage for the old. The old may be in an awkward situation that (语法多样性:同位语从句) they are busy with learning constantly updated technology and never actually catch up.
Conclusion
In light of the above, young people have an advantage over old people in the technology-imbedded workplace. This is credited to (“归功于”) young people’s familiarity with technology and their better ability to learn.
