《2006年海事劳工公约》于2016年11月12日对我国正式生效，中国籍国际航行船舶所持有的由我局签发的《海事劳工符合证明》或《临时海事劳工符合证明》继续有效。
Statement by Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China
The statement of Maritime Labor Compliance and Interim Statement of Maritime Labor Compliance issued by Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China to the Chinese flagged vessels that are engaged in international voyage will remain valid after the entry into force of Maritime Labor Convention, 2006 for the People's Republic of China from 12th Nov. 2016.
