昨天去了高明看地块，为农村地产项目做土块的基础性资源准备。晚上回到会馆，就急急去看老卢寄过来的婚庆酒样板，新的包装档次感还是满满的！老卢作为江门标准的富二代，手上有亏钱中的游艇厂，亏钱中的奶茶店，亏钱中的。。但从2021年起，亏钱中的列表可以删除酒厂了！因为酒厂给他做起来了。

02-鱼塘上的移动房体系

（一）产品体系：62方的ADU预制屋

设计师花21万美元设计并找到我们帮他制造 adu 预制板（一个苗条的预制出租单元），放到她洛杉矶家的后院。

The designer paid $210,000 for the ADU prefab (a slim prefab rental unit) to be placed in her backyard in Los Angeles.

The interiors feature accoya flooring, which extends outside to a wraparound deck. The home faces east to soak up morning sunlight.

（二）产品体系：玻璃景观茶屋

项目位于宿鸟佛山农场内，用作我们佛山园林市政公司的接待办公室，主要为我们佛山的政府人脉工程服务，仅对佛山圈子内的朋友使用，不对外接待！

The project is located in the Foshan Farm, which is used as the reception office of our company. It is mainly used for the government network project in Foshan!

（三）产品体系：阿根廷原创集箱功能屋

一切更简单”是工作室的座右铭，也是我们每一个设计决策的主要设计前提。工作室的建议是将建筑工业化。我们从预先设计的基础上来处理每个设计，但是我们在设计上是灵活的，以便根据客户的品味和喜好个性化每个案例，但是是以一种更有效和简单的方式。为了简化这个过程，材料，饰面，家具的尺寸，开口，技术细节，以及美学和功能的解决方案都是重复的，就像在工业中一样，但在这种情况下，当我们建造建筑。

'Everything simpler' is the motto of the studio and our main design premise for every decision about our design. The proposal from the studio is to industrialize architecture and all that concerns it. We approach each design from a preconceived base, but we are flexible in its design in order to personalize each case according to the client's tastes and preferences but in a more efficient and simple way. To simplify this process, the materials, the finishes, the measurements of the furniture, the openings, the technical details, and the aesthetic and functional resolutions are repeated, as in industries, but in this case, while we make architecture.

基于我们多年来作为建筑师的经验，我们发现当涉及到进入我们自己的空间和执行建设(经济不确定性，长时间，和繁琐的过程)时，我们遇到了一个困难。在某种程度上，传统建筑保持了它的过程几千年，在那里我们发现了一个机会，来提高建筑的方式，总的来说，构思。

Based on our experience as architects over the years, we have identified a difficulty when it comes to accessing our own spaces and executing a construction (economic uncertainty, long times, and tedious processes). In some way, traditional construction maintains its processes for thousands of years and it was there that we found an opportunity to enhance the way in which architecture, in general, is conceived.

In this way, the interior space is simple, but the implantation is everything. The way it is implanted depends on each particular case and is something that we cannot standardize, but it is important that a design is specifically made for each case. We have found that the process is much easier and less stressful for our clients as well as for ourselves as architects and builders. We are excited about the idea of an evolution of the architectural solution in a comprehensive way as we have full control of the entire process, so fewer open fronts and better resolutions… Over time, the ways that people buy, eat, play sports have changed, but what did architecture do? Not so much, that is why this is an opportunity for a new system, it is an opportunity to break paradigms and processes.

（四）产品体系：18平方米多功能精装屋

项目位于佛山保利紫山运动中心内，一个是更衣室+沐浴间精装功能屋，一个是休闲精装功能屋，尺寸都是3米X6米。产品的设计使用年限是30年，使用N年后可交回给我们当二手房卖！

The project is located in Foshan Poly Purple Mountain Sports Center, one is the locker room + bath room hardcover function room, one is the leisure hardcover function room, the size is 3 meters x 6 meters. Product Design Life is 30 years, use n years can be returned to us when second-hand housing for sale!

多功能接待房及足球场更衣房Multi-function reception room and football field changing room

这个产品本来是我设计出来放到乡村的农业用地上做接待用的，第二个版本我们会做成银白色外壳，准备放到桔子小镇上，大家有兴趣可来体验体验。

This product was originally designed by me to be used as a reception on agricultural land in the countryside. In the second version, we will make a silver-white shell for the small town of Orange.

（ 五）产品体系：海报屋

报屋的设计师们将废弃的集装箱重新利用，用最新的建筑材料和技术装配起来，设计出一个独一无二的、自给自足的住宅单元。它的设计是为了应对地球面临的困难挑战，并作为一种对环境的负面影响较小的替代住房。

designers at pin-up houses repurposed a discarded shipping container and fit it out with the most available building materials and latest technology to design a unique build your own self-sufficient housing unit. it was designed as a response to the difficult challenges that the planet is facing and as an alternative housing that will have a less negative impact on the environment.

the shipping container 'gaia’ is an experimental off-the-grid housing project by pin-up houses. one of its main features is that it harnesses solar and wind energy and therefore doesn’t rely on external sources of energy or water. it is equipped with solar panels, as well as a wind turbine, ensuring that batteries can be charged at all times of the day and all seasons. battery levels are monitored through a remote, mobile app, so one can always check their battery consumption and charging while away.

the house is made up of a marine HC 6 m container. wooden studs and spruce plywood create the entire interior where the inner walls are sprayed with thermal insulation, ensuring a cozy home. for an added protection to this experimental house, the container roof is covered with a galvanized corrugated metal sheet, which cleverly extends out beyond the structure to increase the rainwater catchment area that is ultimately collected in a 1,000-IBC tank.

'gaia’ is also equipped to retain rainwater, which is filtered and distributed to the bathroom and kitchen. it comes with a refrigerator, water heater, and other 12 v and 24 v appliances according to the person’s needs. a higher voltage of 110 v to 230 v can be generated using an inverter. pin-up houses always feature smart storage space, a convertible sofa-bed, compact stools, and tables. for added privacy and security, the outdoor terrace can easily be folded to close the container using the winch.
