財務部 Finance
Account Payable
To collect and review all documents necessary for the preparation of the payment run (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, invoice, etc.)
Ensure the mathematical accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the transaction before filing them by Supplier name, awaiting payment.
To prepare Payable Vouchers and initiate the payment process in a timely manner.
To perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger postings and to verify that Accounts Payable sub-ledger and General Ledger balances agree.
To maintain the filing system for creditors’ and ensure that on-hand outstanding invoices match with A/P ageing report as per the system.
To perform monthly reconciliations between A/P sub ledger accounts and supplier statements.
To print a system generated payment summary and ensure the prompt payment of all invoices selected.
Stamping all documents “paid” once the payment approval process is completed, to prevent the risk of double payment in the future.
To properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques.

Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation.
Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation.
Ensure that production is done according to the standard recipes at all times.
Check fridge and Products thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
Has knowledge of all food items concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and preparation.
Ensure production and quality meets hotel standards.
Chef (Portuguese cuisine)
Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation.

Provide quality levels of production and presentation of dishes
Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
Kitchen Helper (Portuguese cuisine)
Assist the Chef to prepare the material and ingredients ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
Assist the Chef prepare meals using a variety of normal kitchen tools, as well as galley appliances such as food processors, mixers and blenders.
Maintain food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory, requisition, food pars and control system are in place in all food preparation areas.
Responsible for early morning preparation of breakfast pastries such as coffee cakes or muffins, but such assignments vary, and are entirely at the Chef's discretion.
Regularly clean and sanitize galley walls, range hood, overheads, cabinet faces, reefer and freezer interiors, and cabinet interiors.
At least once per day clean and sanitize galley work surfaces, reach-in cooler doors, range surfaces and galley floor. Launder dish-drying cloths and aprons. Ensure cleaning materials are stocked.

To help the Security in clearing the traffic in the front of the hotel during busy hours.
To assist the door lady in opening the hotel doors for the guests.
To call taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.
To send the guest luggage from the hotel entrance to their room when they 'check in' in the shorter time possible. If the luggage has to stand there, to tag the luggage and to give a copy to the guest.
To pick up the luggage from the guest room when it is requested and to send them to the lobby in the shorter time possible. To put a tag on each of them and to give a copy to the guest.
To coordinate with the Front Desk, the room numbers and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.
To send the luggage to the store room when it is required and to keep full records.
Guest Service Agent (Full time / Part-time)
Checking guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
Ensuring that special requests are noted and fulfilled
Communicating with all departments regarding in house VIPs and any special requests/needs
Promoting and selling special hotel programs, special rate packages and upgrades when appropriate
Understands room status and room status tracking
Listening and responding to guest in a professional manner and assisting guests with any questions, directions, etc.
Managing and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner

Recreation Manager
Oversee daily recreation operations and maintain schedule, planning and coordinating events, programs, and activities.
Prepares recreation activity schedules and participates in the planning and development of holiday and special event programs
Evaluates changes in guest needs, the hotel’s guest mix, and industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
