糖是人体热能的主要来源,约占人体能量供应的70%。日常生活中人体所摄入的糖,一部分转化为能量,剩余部分可转化糖原储存在体内。但当糖分摄入过多时,多余的糖就会在身体里移动,与蛋白质、氨基酸或脂质反应,产生有害身体健康的糖基化终末产物(AGEs)[1]
世卫组织曾调查23个国家的人口死亡原因发现,长期食用含糖量高的食物会使人的寿命缩短,其危害甚至超过了香烟。人们逐渐对糖产生了抵触心理,认为糖不仅是我们减肥路上的拦路虎,还会加速身体的衰老、有害健康。不过有危害≠不能吃,适当地摄入糖分有助于身体正常机能的运转。但不可否认的是,现代人的生活中处处面临着糖摄入超标的风险:奶茶、冷饮、甜点、面包.....
