History: A 66-year-old woman presents with abdominal pain. She has a history of renal cell carcinoma and underwent right radical nephrectomy nine years ago.

病史：患者女，66岁，主要表现为腹痛。有肾细胞癌病史，9年前行右肾完全切除术。

A contrast-enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis was performed.

腹部、盆部增强CT如下：

Findings

There are multiple hypervascular lesions in the pancreatic head and body/tail with enhancement and central areas of necrosis.

Imaging features

CT:

Hypervascular with intense homogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase and typically undetectable in delayed postcontrast phases.

In lesions greater than 1.5 cm, rim enhancement with hypodense central areas of necrosis may be seen.

Metastatic disease may present as a solitary lesion, multiple lesions, or diffuse pancreatic infiltration.

影像表现：
胰头和胰体/尾可见多发富血供病变，有强化，伴中央坏死。
CT：富血供肿块，动脉期明显一致强化，延迟期显示不清。病变直径大于1.5mm，边缘强化，中央低密度坏死。转移性疾病可表现为单发、多发或弥漫性整个胰腺浸润。
