Leadership Kaizen: In order to identify the efficacy of each visibility board, go stand in front of each board and ask yourself the following questions; * What is the purpose of this visibility board? * Who is this visibility board supposed to be used by? (Who are you trying to help here exactly?) * What type of actions are you, as the leader expecting your workers to trigger on their own? When you cannot answer any of these questions with confidence, go ahead and take down that particular visibility board. You are finally helping workers to have more clarity and confidence.
