GEN2制动器更换流程:
注意∶所有在工地进行的工作活动必须完全依照《奥的斯全球工地安全标准》。当贯彻这一标准时,必须着重考虑对电扶梯的控制,确保公众安全(标志和障碍)以及在无保障的旋转设备上(如链轮齿)的工作安全。我们一直推荐在机械师即便在熟悉环境工作或从事手边活动时,也首先按照JHA标准进行。如果你不能确保手边工作符合 WWJSSS标准,立即停止工作并通知你的上级。
1.将所需要的工具和物料存放在适当楼层。
2.在底层和顶层放置防护栏。
3.在ERO操控模式下,将轿厢运行到维修位置上方150mm处(即轿顶高于顶层地坎0.85M)。
4.借助E&I操控板,手动远程触动安全钳或手动动作安全钳,并驱动轿厢下行至完全闸车主机空转为止。
5.在上梁安装围栏和吊链索具。
6.拉紧吊链索具,确保轿厢不会下沉。
7.顶稳对重 8.切断电源。
9打开厅门,加装工作平台,加装安全绳。
10.安装吊链,需有两个轿厢提升悬挂点.将轿厢提升到顶层,在对重下放置垫块。
