春来日照九华西，
半入青山半入池。
秋浦遥穿江上鹭，
莲花欲破天外石。
朝闻钟鼓萦仙寓，
夕待烛灯点鹤祠。
红杏莫非寻小杜，
游人归去一襟诗。
Ode to Chizhou
Tr. Wu Haohao
Mount Jiuhua in spring breezes turns green.
Hills 'n lakes, half-'n-half, both are so clean.
River Qiupu runs 'cross the land,
Lotus, th’ highest peak, is all beyond.
Bells are rung in th’ Fairy Peak high,
Candles are lit in temples where swans cry.
For Du, th’ poet, apricots bloom,
Calling for an age of poem boom.
