     feel up to 感到自己有能力做某事，感到自己适合做某事 (口语)

e.g.

>>> I'm afraid I couldn't feel up to my work.  我恐怕不能胜任我的工作呢。(part1 工作)

I don't feel up to a long hike. 我不适合走远路。（part2 sport，part2 最近的改变）

A leader should feel up to different tasks. 一个领导人应该有能力应对不同挑战。（part2 商人）

    fall out with sb. 和某人争吵

e.g.

>>>  I believe all children fall out with their parents sometimes. 我相信所有孩子和父母有时候都会争吵的。（part2 a good parent）

    get sth. across to sb. 让某人理解某物

e.g.

>>>The teacher got the subject across to their students. 老师让孩子们理解这门学科。（part2 英语课，part2 科学课，  part1 teacher）

e.g.

>>> All the citizens are afraid that all the taxes will be jacked up. 人们担心所有的税收会被提高。（可以讲物品题哦）
