学习笔记005—跟EnglishPod学英语面试（4）
学习了Englishpod 中的关于面试系列课程后，一直想将这部分课程内容加以总结，方便自己学习的同时，也希望他人能参考一二。学习笔记005是对EnglishPod+Esplod中面试内容的学习总结、并根据实际情况予以修改及补充。
由于水平有限，文中必定存在语法和拼写错误，也望您不吝指教。

As you can see from the resume, I graduated with honors from Heilongjiang university, and I majored in biology pharmacy and minored in XXX . I have completed my bachelor's degree in 2009.

During my college years, I became particularly interested in law,especially people can safeguard their rights by legal means. That's why I took a post-graduate course in Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in Juris Master（JM）.
在大学期间，我开始对法律特别感兴趣，尤其是人们可以通过法律手段维护自己的权利，这也是我为什么我在华中科技大学学习法律专业的原因。
In view of my educational background, I've worked for a biotechnology company for two years as a Intellectual property (IP) specialist, which utilized my educational background in biology and law. I've got some practical experience in IP legal affairs, and I really enjoyed it there.
考虑到教育背景，我在一家生物公司作为知识产权专员工作了两年，这个职位可以运用我在生物和法律的教育背景。我学习到很多关于知识产权法律实务的实践经验，我也很喜欢那份工作。
In 2014,My husband and I moved to changchun, so I managed to find a job as a lawyer. I learned how to handle civil and criminal cases and how to communicate with clients effectively.
2014年，我先生和我搬到长春，我找到一份律师工作，这份工作让我学习到如何处理各种民事、刑事案件，以及如何有效的当事人沟通等。
I ended up staying three years there actually. I looked for a company that allowed me to more fully utulize my skills and where I can take on new challenges. That's why I applied for this current position.

That's a tough question to answer. About my strengths , I'm really focused and hard-working. I think my academic results proved this. I'm a reliable and punctual person. About my most positive quality, I would have to say my passion. I 'm really passionate about law, and passionate about my career.
这是个很难的问题，关于我的优点，我做事情很关注并且很勤奋，我认为我的成绩能证明这一点。而且我是个可靠和守时的人。如果要问我最大的优点是什么，我认为是我的热忱，我对法律充满热爱，对工作充满热情。
A weakness that I have is that I don't like to do public speaking and I get nervous when I have to give a presentation or a speech in front of other people. Fortunately I took a course on Positive Psychology via NetEase OpenCourse ,which is taught by Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar . I learned a lot, and finally combated my fear of public speaking.
我的缺点是不喜欢在公众场合演讲，当我在别人面前做演讲时，我会很紧张。幸运地是我通过网易公开课学习了Tal Ben-Shahar老师的积极心理学，从课程中我学习到很多，最终克服了对演讲的恐惧。
I followed his advise, What I do every time is visualize before I do public speaking, I imagine myself stand in front of the audience, calm, excited, passionate. When I go into the real thing, I do feel that. I still get nervous, but it does Raise my confidence by practicing in a simulator. My motto has become that prepare, prepare, prepare, and then be spontaneous, which is Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar's motto.
我遵循Tal Ben-Shahar老师提供的建议，每次做演讲前设想一下，想象自己站在观众前，冷静、激动、热情。当我正式开始演讲时，我确实有同样的感受，我仍然会紧张焦虑。但是通过先在模拟环境中练习，确实提高了我的信心。现在我的座右铭变成了“准备，准备，再准备，然后顺其自然”，这也是Tal Ben-Shaha老师的座右铭。
