ASGC集团总部办公室位于迪拜商业湾，毗邻闻名遐迩的世界第一高楼哈利法塔。在近乎1520平方米的办公空间中，BENE设计出一个基于智慧工作方式的完整概念，并将之完美实施。方案为150余名员工提供了满足于不同工作需求、丰富多样的办公场景。
在传统的工作区域之外，空间中还穿插了服务于”流动员工“的共享办公位。开放和社交空间则促进了思想交流及团队协作。
会议室不再单调统一，而是根据讨论性质以不同的形式出现在各个角落。
走进办公空间，CUBE_S和WORKBENCH共同打造出130张工作位。在团建区域，木质的TIMBA桌凳系列营造出家一般的温馨感。
PARCS家族系列产品被广泛运用于社交空间，其中，色彩艳丽的PARCS Toguna Square和Toguna Circle，PARCS American Diner和PARCS Causeway为办公环境增添了欢快气息。
以蓝色和绿色为主基调的大胆色彩方案在烘托ASGC集团标识的同时彰显企业活力。
此外，IDEA WALL为头脑风暴区域勾勒出思维框架。经理室则毫不例外地使用了卓越的AL系列。
简约大气的LOCKER_S橱柜上标识的数字符号十分引人注目。该项目展示了BENE专业的规划能力：整个布局均由BENE设计而成，并与业主协作完成施工。

CONCEPT AND IMPLEMENTATION
The ASGC Group’s corporate headquarters is in Dubai’s Business Bay, close to Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. For their offices of almost 1,520 m2, Bene designed and implemented a complete concept for smart activity-based working. It provides a varied range of settings for team of around 150 employees to choose from, to suit different types of activities.
In addition to classic workstations, there are also desk-sharing areas for mobile employees. Open areas and communication islands promote exchange of ideas and collaboration. Meeting rooms are available for discussions in various formats.
There are around 130 workstations, furnished with CUBE_S and the WORKBENCH. In the team zones, TIMBA Tables and TIMBA Stools in wood add a homelike touch. Products from the PARCS family are used for the communication zones: PARCS Toguna Square and Toguna Circle, PARCS American Diner and PARCS Causeway in strong colours add lively accents to the office environment. A bold colour palette with intense blue and green tones reflects the corporate colours of the ASGC Group.
The IDEA WALL provides a stimulating framework for creative brainstorming sessions and design thinking. Management offices are furnished with items from the prestige AL series. The LOCKER_S, decorated with striking lettering, make a particularly eye-catching feature.
The project is a showcase for Bene’s planning expertise: the entire layout was designed by Bene, and implemented in partnership with the customer.
