已是深夜,相信很多人都睡着了,但有位朋友仍然在刻苦学习,她的名字叫做依依,Mike的学员之一。

It's been late night already. And I believe that most people must have been asleep. But, there's one person who is still working hard on the lessons. Her name is Yiyi, one of my students.

为什么Mike会知道? 因为依依微信上问了Mike一些关于客户开发和谈判的问题。

How do I know that? Coz she asked me some questions on WeChat regarding business development and negotiation.

当然,我相信还有很多人在这个深夜里埋头苦干,只是Mike无从得知而已。

Of course, I do believe there're more people like her working hard at this late night, and I just don't know.

Mike不是推荐大家熬夜学习,而是被依依的努力深深打动。

I don't mean to ask you to stay up all night for study. I just got moved deeply by all the efforts she has made.

她是一个渴望挣脱公司枷锁的业务员,也是一个期待未来某天自己能够做出一番事业的女强人。

She is a saleswoman who desires to break the jail of company, and an ambitious woman who wish to make a difference in the days to come all by herself.

公司的老板和经理对于外贸懂得不多,也是胡乱指挥。

Her boss and manager know a little about foreign trade. And they always bring her to the wrong directions in work.

其实,国内很多公司或者工厂都是这个情况,么几个人懂,唯一资源阿里巴巴。自身缺乏自主开发意识与能力,没有其他方向。

Actually,many domestic companies or factories are with this problem. Seldom will anyone of them know " Active Development " or " How to do Active Development", struggling with the only tool " Alibaba" without any other directions.

Mike之前也多次提到过这个问题。

And for many times, I have mentioned this problem.

她感到很失落,但是从未放弃寻求正确的方向,为公司,也是为自己,她渴望成长,渴望成功。

She feels very upset, but she's been always looking for the right directions, instead of giving it up, for her company, for herself.

大多时候,当我们遇到超出我们能力的大麻烦时,很多人往往都会选择退却。

At most times, most of us tend to give it up whenever we meet big problems out of reach.

但是依依选择了自己寻找方向,永不言弃。

But Yiyi chooses to find the directions by herself and never say die.

Mike被依依的精神所深深打动,很想通过一些方式来帮助依依,于是Mike再次录制了谷歌开发客户的实操视频,希望拥有和依依相同困扰的朋友能够找到一些帮助。

I got deeply moved by her spirit and wanna help her in some ways. So again I recorded a video which is a whole process of operations on Google for business development, hoping that the ones who share the same problems with Yiyi can get themselves some help.

其实,有的时候,并不是事情太难处理,而是我们没有耐心,不够努力。

In fact, sometimes, it is not because that the things are too hard to cope with, but because that we don't have enough patience and efforts.

努力,就有可能成功,不努力,连机会都没有。

You work hard on it, you might make it. You give it up, you don't even get a single chance.

我们都喜欢畅想美好的未来,却极少有人愿意为了它而不懈奋斗。

We all like to imagine the great future, but seldom will anyone work hard for it insistently.

趁我们还年轻,趁我们还有足够的力气,趁我们青春未老,雄心未灭,醒醒吧,为了理想而努力奋斗吧!

Wake up and work hard for your dreams when we are still young and have enough energy, when our youth is still here and our faith is not gone.

命运掌握在我们自己手里。

The fate is right in our own hands.
