成人达己
简而言之，就是方便他人，达到成就自己；进而论之，需要当事人的胸怀与格局，才能从人性中打开通道；只有做到与人方便，自己方便的之时，最终才能实现成就自我。
2019年12月16日，我在《致朋友——勇往直前》中写道“众喣飘山移”，众人吹气，可以移山，借助集体的力量，方便他人，成就自己。唯有方便他人，方可与人有进一步结缘交流，达到携手共进之目的。
2019年12月29日，我在《致朋友——张弛有度》中写道“济窍飘风息”：指大风止则所有的窍孔都空寂无声；在社会的发展过程中，借助平台的力量，让我们更加洵烂多彩，同时也让我们产生错觉，认为是自己的能力与力量；只有廓清迷雾，掌握自己最核心的竞争力。
成人达己，成人在前，达己在后，只有自己强大了，才有成人的资本与条件，只有更好的达己，才有更好的方便他人的条件。

Bring convenience to others while achieving our own goals
In simple terms, it is convenient for others while achieving our own goals. Further, this requires the aspirations and patterns of the parties. Only then can we open the channel from human nature. Only by giving convenience to others can we finally realize our own convenience and finally achieve our self.
On December 16, 2019, I wrote in "To Friends-Boldly Go Forward" that everyone can blow the mountain and move the mountain; only by using collective power to facilitate others, can they be successful. Only when it is convenient for others can it be possible to further adopt association and exchange, and ultimately achieve the goal of hand in hand.
On December 29, 2019, I wrote in "To Friends-Relaxation", "All the tricks in Dafengzhi are silent. In the process of social development, we use the power of the platform to change the world. It is even more rotten and colorful. At the same time, it also gives us the illusion that it is our ability and strength. We only have to clear the fog and grasp our core competitiveness.
Only when you are strong can you have the capital and conditions to achieve others, and only if you can better achieve your goals can you have better conditions for others.
