Bojack: Come on, Todd. I know. Mr. Peanutbutter told me everything.

③ knock it off

在美剧《摩登家庭》中，Kaplan总是喜欢拽西班牙语，于是有了下边的对话：

Kaplan:  I don't know what's going on with you,  but in my culture, we like to call it loco en la cabeza.

Cameron: Okay, you know what? Knock it off. You're Canadian.

-我不知道你到底怎么了，但用我的家乡话来说就是"脑子疯了"[西班牙语]。

-行了，别装了，我知道你是加拿大人。

④ drop the act

act在作名词时有“假装”的意思，所以drop the act也就是“别装了”。

这个表达也在《摩登家庭》中出现过，Haley高中毕业后不想去上大学，于是Phil带她去学校转转，接着有了下边的对话：

Phil: Check it - there's a lab on campus where they do experiments on you for 50 bucks.

Haley: Oh, you can drop the act.  I know you guys forced me to come here so I can watch Alex and get all inspired by college again.

-你们看，学校里有个实验室，拿你做实验还给你50块钱。

-别装了，我知道你俩逼我来这里，就是要我学学艾丽克斯，重新激发我上大学的梦想。
