Takt, Flow, Pull = JIT however before this focus on; * The Right Information, * At The Right Time, * To the Right Leader= Prerequisite to JIT.

Focus on these questions and getting them answered specifically first. If you jump too fast to textbook JIT it will not sustain as the ability fulfill the demands of Takt, Flow, Pull will cause it to implode in the end or take so much supportive work it will not be the best decision. This poster I made years ago and I think I will make another on Pre-JIT now.
