Everyone sleeps differently; there are loads of positions in bed to sleep in. Some people like sleeping on their sides on a waterbed, others prefer sleeping on their backs on a hard mattress – but we all do it. Sleeping is very important for your body and mind; in a way, you’re charging yourself. That’s why sleep deprivation can have negative consequences; it can affect your memory, your concentration, your reaction time, your decisiveness, your emotions and your physical well-being. So, sleeping is good for you. Rest
Try to get at least six hours of sleep every night. Research has shown that sleeping less than six hours is just as bad for you as skipping a whole night’s sleep. It’s okay if this happens once in a while, but even after two weeks of sleeping too little, you will notice a difference in your mind and body. All people can be divided into roughly three categories: those who sleep on their stomach, those who sleep on their back and those who sleep on their side. On your back仰面睡
Do you sleep on your back? Then you’re in luck, because this is the most healthy position to sleep in! Sleeping on your back is good for your spine, as it will be aligned nicely. Do you sleep on your side? You’re definitely not the only one, because this is the most common sleeping position. When you sleep on your side you can develop pain in your arms and legs because you’re constantly lying on one side. Sleeping on your right side is also disadvantageous for your digestion and heartburn. We have bad news for people who sleep on their stomachs. This position is the most unhealthy. You’ll develop neck complaints, since your head is completely turned, and back issues. Your spine has to take on an awkward position, which will also cause you to toss and turn more. Because of this, your sleep will be disrupted more. Also, try sleeping on a full stomach, it won’t be pleasant! It does lessen snoring, though, so you’ve got that going for you.对于趴着睡觉的人来说,我们有坏消息。这个位置是最不健康的。你会发展颈部问题, 因为你的头完全转动, 和背部问题。你的脊椎必须采取一个尴尬的位置,这也会导致你倒转更多。正因这样,你的睡眠会被打乱更多。另外,试着试试吃饱了再睡,不会很愉快的!不过, 它确实能减少打鼾, 所以你已经做到了。

这3招功夫,主要是采取在大脑安静、肌肉放松情况下的深呼吸训练。可以充分提高储氧量,改善呼吸机能,为爆发力提供了物质保证。
练气功时,意守丹田、涌泉或其他穴位和经络,可产生神经生物电,这种生物电流的积蓄、运行,可以通气血,修复伤病,并使练功时达到意到、气到、力到。
贫道提示,神仙卧要右侧卧。正确的姿势是把右手枕起来,大拇指放在耳朵后边,其余四指放在太阳穴的地方。把手当枕头,但并没把耳朵盖起来。左手就自然放在身上。
在此,贫道说说睡觉为什么要神仙卧?道家养生认为,人在神仙卧的时候,就把三条脉的会聚点三江口给折起来了,一折起来,人就不会有欲望了,就不容易漏了。而且神仙卧,当你一折起来能量就往头上走了。
其次,贫道再说说神仙卧的好处:一是,不会令睡眠时间空耗,而能充分利用起来,积累不可思议的功德。另一个是,如果有人在酣睡中离开人间,以此卧式也不会堕入三恶道。所以,以前的一些老修行人,都比较注重用这种神仙卧式睡觉。
最后,说说神仙卧的四种功效:道家典籍中记载,神仙卧有四种功德:第一,身体不放松,不会因散乱而产生泄精力的念头和行为。第二,睡眠中不会失去正念。第三,不会深度昏沉。第四,不起恶梦,经常做吉祥之梦,还会梦到神仙。
同时,贫道提示,道家养生提倡先睡心,后睡眼,就是要求睡前必须保持心平气和、心情愉快,然后宁静入眠,切记不要在心情恼怒之余、忧烦之际入睡。安静清洁的环境,无噪音干扰,维持舒适室温和清新的空气,同时要选软硬适度的床垫及适当高度的枕头,带着轻松愉快的心情入眠。睡前洁身。
因此,贫道建议大家,养成睡前刷牙、洗脚、洗下身,其不仅是清洁卫生的好习惯,是最简单易行的养生之道,也是促进良好睡眠最好的方法。福生无量天尊!(清虚子)
在寻找到最佳睡姿的同时,古人还在睡觉的朝向上进行了探索。不过,到底头朝哪睡比较好,并没有最佳睡姿选择上那么统一。
比较流行的观点是睡觉朝向应因时而变,以唐代医学家孙思邈为代表,他在《千金要方·道林养性》中称:“凡人卧,春夏向东,秋冬向西。”意思是,春夏两季,睡觉时宜头朝东,脚朝西;秋冬两季刚好相反,宜头朝西、脚向东。
具体调换方向的时间点,宜以“立春”和“立秋”两个节气为起始。宋人蒲虔贯《保生要录》中是这样说的:“凡卧,自立春后至立秋前,欲东其首;自立秋之后至立春前,欲西其首。”
这种“东西向”睡觉观念,在中国有相当久远的历史,甚至对建筑的内部结构产生深刻影响。在秦汉以后,不论是帝王宫殿还是坊间民居,房间摆床多是东西向。
总的说来,古人在睡觉朝向的选择上,以东为上,西次之,南亦可。只有“北卧”,即头朝北,脚向南,是最不欢迎的,甚至是一种忌讳。《千金要方·道林养性》即称,“头勿北卧,及墙北亦勿安床”;《老老恒言》“安寝”条也说,“首勿北卧,谓避地气。”古代养生家认为,北方属水,阴中之阴位,主冬主寒,恐北首而卧阴寒之气直伤人体元阳,损害元神之府。事实上,这一观点也是受到孔子言论的影响,《孔子家语·问礼》中称“生者南向,死者北首”。
最后需要说明的是,古人睡觉之“方向说”其实并没有科学道理,甚至包含不少迷信成分,过于玄乎。比如有现代科学研究认为,南北向与地球磁场方向一致,睡眠效果反而更好。
