   对辊挤压造粒机工作原理：由电动机驱动皮带和皮带轮，通过减速机传递给主动轴，并通过对开式齿轮与被动轴同步，相向工作。物料从进料斗加入，经对辊挤压成型，脱模造球，并经过一副链条，传送到破碎筛工作室，筛下和分离成品颗（球）粒，然后返回料与新料混合，再进行造粒。随着电动机连续转动，物料的不断进入，方能实现批量生产。
