According to hearsay, Liu Chao UE Director of Baidu is fired for his PPT inability who just delivered a speech in the IXDC whose full name is International Experience Design Congress. At this surprising news, I was totally confused. What on earth is going on?
Then I decide to improve insight into the causes. On July 2rd, the IXDC was held in the National Convention Center of Beijing. However, there was an awkward moment that Liu Chao was asked to step down immediately by the audience when he was delivering his speech. And the broadcast was interrupted for several minutes. Later, the Internet friends freely expressed their opinions with the following words such as Liu’s main contents are simple and astray, terrible expressions and the unfortunate audience. In contrast, the lecturers from other companies such as Uber and Microsoft exactly attached more importance to their PPTs and contents. Liu was quite overshadowed for his performance. Some netizens even showed that they were too awkward to hear his speech. Finally, Liu Chao is fired by the Baidu Group.

小编决定一探究竟，在7月2日，正在北京国家会议中心举行的国际体验设计大会出现了尴尬的一幕：百度UE总监刘超在舞台做演讲时，因一现场观众大喊“你太low了，下去吧”，而导致演讲直播被迫中断几分钟。随后刘超的演讲被网友评为“主线内容简陋且偏题”、“表达方式可怕”、“观众体验糟糕”。 相比之下，而当天到场的嘉宾，除百度外，还有来自Uber、微软等其他公司的负责人对PPT和演讲内容确实重视很多，刘超完全相形见绌。有网友说看完视频，尴尬癌晚期要犯了。最后，刘超被爆被百度管理团队除名。

His comments are as follows: Although, I devote to broadcast twice a week and I’m too tired to get pharyngitis with the unpopular IP. Lastly, it becomes renowned and famous today. So do our Baidu workers and beauty presenters. The only regret is that no one relays the page of QR code in my PPT. As a result of his nonsense, it has stirred up netizens’ antipathy and spitslot. At the same time, he was pushed to the center of the public opinion.
事后，刘超朋友圈的一番言论又一次遭网友热议。刘超称:“费尽口舌，每周直播2次，累得咽炎都犯了也没推红的IP，今天终于火了。百度熊孩子与我们的美女主播。唯一遗憾是二维码那页(PPT)没人转。”刘超的低水准演讲以及PPT再加上自己的大放厥词此时将自己推到了舆论的风口浪尖，引来大批网友的反感与吐槽。
After watching Liu’s lecture video carefully and attentively, I believe that Liu is relatively straightforward. However, the contents of his PPT is very rough and his speech ability is urgently to be improved. What impress me most is his persistent promotion for the Baidu Chuan Ke which is the largest online sharing platform for E-learning. For a moment, I get an illusion image of Marketing Director. But I have no idea why he presented QR code in his PPT because the code is too far away to scan and join in.
小编仔细看了刘超的演讲视频，看完之后觉得刘超人比较直率，一出口冷笑话，PPT内容粗糙，演讲能力亟待提升，不过印象最深莫过于他执着于在演讲中对百度传课（中国最大的网络课程在线分享平台）的大力推广，瞬间有一种营销总监的错觉。不过有点不明白为什么要在PPT里放二维码，与会者是能扫一扫加入吗？！

Maybe Li wants to shout to Liu Chao that what he is doing here!
之后，对于此事，刘超正式发表道歉信，对事件始末表示郑重道歉。他表示:自己对活动的重视程度不足、内容重复、演讲预言和穿衣不恰当，以及事后在朋友圈没有控制好情绪，给公司形象和同学们造成了伤害，在此表示郑重道歉。但是事已至此，多说无益。百度以刘超”给公司品牌和声誉造成严重影响“为由将其从管理团队除名，也算是顺应了舆论的要求。此时，CEO李彦宏估计暴跳如雷，心想老板我一个多月前那么努力洗刷形象-----反思内部信《勿忘初心，不负梦想》，这会儿遭刘超你全部毁于一旦，刘超你是猴子派来的救兵么！！！

Especially in the business environment, many scientific technology executives are being pushed off the stage on account of various public opinions.

In August of 2010, the former HP CEO Mark Hurd resigned for being accused of sexual harassment. The heroine is called Jodie Fished and she was single mother raising a son alone at that time. In 2007, Fisher attended HP’s temporary interviewing and met Hurd for the first time. Later, Fisher started to work in HP and took charge of receiving senior clients and organizing the high-level summit for HP at home and abroad. However, Fisher hired the lawyer and accused Hurd for his sexual harassment.
This allegation led the respected Hurd to the huge public opinion eddy. And the global scientific circles paid their attention to that matter. Therefore, the HP board launched an investigation and found nothing that could prove Hurd have had sex with Fisher. Moreover, Hurd denied the so-called sexual harassment. Lastly, Hurd decided to resign because the affair brought great negative effect to HP.
Hurd said in his departure statement: As the investigation progressed, I realized that there is some evidence that I failed to live up to my advocated trust, esteem and the criteria and standards for integrity which guide me in my career all the time.

赫德在离职声明中这样说：随着调查的进行，我意识到已有证据证明，我辜负了我在惠普所倡导的信任、尊重和廉政准则和标准。这些准则和标准在我的职业生涯都一直指引着我。
In 2005, Hurd became the CEO of HP. During his five-year term, he made a series of bold reform and adjust which developed HP as the largest outstanding IT company once for a time. What’d more, he is considered as one of the most successful CEO for his great contribution for HP’s development. However, the excellent Hurd had to leave on account of the ferocious pressure from public opinion. After Hurd resigned, the shares of HP plummeted. Instead, Hurd is the CEO of Oracle which is also a scientific and technical corporation.
